My wife and I went to get dinner. While we were ordering an extremely rude customer came up and Spoke Tagalog…. The server rudely stopped filling up our order and then started talking to the RUDE CUSTOMER… Next !!! The SERVER TOOK THE EXTREME RUDE CUSTOMER ORDER!!! RUDE SERVER RANG UP HER RUDE FRIEND ORDER.
I yelled out (thank you anyway. Good Bye!!!! Then we walked out!!!.

My wife and I saw they have Overloaded Halo Halo for $7.50 so we had to try it. Unfortunately, it wasn't what we expected. There weren't a lot of filling and it didn't come with a Turon as shown in their advertisement picture. It was more overloaded with ice than anything else. It wasn't as sweet which was good but we thought maybe because there weren't enough fillings. The lady was nice though.

I made an online order, but my order was never made. According to their supervisor, the online coordinator did not check the online orders. It resulted in me waiting 1 hour past my promised pick up time. They did not even offer anything to make up for the error. Food quality was poor too. I do not recommend.

Me and my friend were racially profiled and harassed by the security guards for no reason. We had a transaction error and didn’t understand the problem. Neither did our cashier. It took approximately 15 minutes to sort out a simple answer and after that we were okay. As we are exiting the store we notice that the security was very close to us and I asked the supervisor of seafood city if that was Standard procedure she responded saying they where doing there job. We say our goodbyes and proceed to leave the store and head to the car with our groceries. As we are leaving we are being followed and questioned by the male security guard. We remained calm as it was clear we where being antagonized but he proceeded to continue to follow us and say threats. We where followed to our car , blocked in , threatened with a knife by the male security guard and our car was kicked by both male and female employee. My friend is pregnant and we didn’t do anything to anyone or ask to be treated in such way. No one came to our defense and when we Called to make a report we where mocked and called liars.

I thought Filipinos are warm people but never thought of them as racist. The guy with the red hood on you know who you are. I was standing there for 15 minutes and he just passed me and helped a white guy over me. So sad but true you better talk to that Filipino guy with a red hood on and teach him about treating people fair and square.
