My wife and I saw they have Overloaded Halo Halo for $7.50 so we had to try it. Unfortunately, it wasn't what we expected. There weren't a lot of filling and it didn't come with a Turon as shown in their advertisement picture. It was more overloaded with ice than anything else. It wasn't as sweet which was good but we thought maybe because there weren't enough fillings. The lady was nice though.
Authentic Filipino food is hard to find in the North Bag. But in Vallejo, you can have all your Filipino cravings satisfied in this plaza. From Jollibee to ChowKing, and of course Grill City locates inside the SeaFood City market.Craving your tropical Filipino breakfast? Come here for some eggs & bangus. Not enough? I am very pleased with my experience at SCS. They have a lot of Filipino food (I guess), but I don't know that food so well. I came for general Asian, Korean, Thai, ingredients. They have good produce, a butcher and meat counter, and tons of noodles, rice, fresh veggies...really, this is a great place.
