Had breakfast at IHOP In Vallejo and I had the best experience ever, my server Cristian was top nothch!!!!! I didn't have to ask for anything when ever I needed something it's like she could read my mind 🙂 she even made sure that I didn't forget my crispy delicious bacon....

Had the farmhouse breakfast, I was amazed at how much food was on my plate. The service was amazing, Ariel was incredibly polite and even took the time to make me a fresh pot of coffee, as a Marine I am particular about fresh coffee. The atmosphere was great and I was surprised at how clean it was, it was clear the place was well managed.

She was attentive from the moment I was seated, always making sure I had everything I needed without me having to ask. Her professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care made my experience outstanding. Cristy truly went above and beyond, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves for representing your restaurant so well.
Breakfast party of 2 - FOOD: 5 - It was really very good! Eggs ordered and served easily, pancakes were thick and fluffy, bacon was a little too crunchy for my taste, but otherwise.👍 SERVICE 3: There were only two waiting employees from what we could see, for such a good-sized facility. And I think one of them was in training. So there were periods of prolonged waiting or language barrier. But they did maintain their good, pleasant energy. The music was looping, so when you got to the same songs repeated 6x in 1hr yeah, you would surely feel the same way. I tend to notice the diet/debris under the tables and how long a dirty table is found before it is occupied and in the bathroom. This facility was definitely clean! If you know, you know! Speaking Mr. Clean!

Hot as heck inside especially in the eating area to the left of the entrance. The bathroom smelled like it genuinely had a sewage leak. Wouldn’t recommend. At all.

They burnt my gluten free pancakes last time i was there , so i called to make another order after boyfriend called to complain last time and a note was put into manager office. I told girl that awnsered phone and she said i would have call back tommorrow she has no access to office. I said thats fine i still want to place an order. I started to tell her my order and she said hold on one second..at this minute ive been on hold 36 mins still on hold. My boyfriend called from his phone she said i have to put you on hold.so then a couple mins layer he tried calling back and as soon as line picks up they put him on hold without saying anything. So hes driving up there now . Now been on hold 40 mins.. and hung up on me
My food took a while but no one communicated with us. It also smelled strongly of weed by the kitchen.
I just would have appreciated when everyone else's food was delivered some communication that mine was still being made, instead of having to track someone down to make sure it wasn't forgotten.

Went to Ihop on Sunday the salad was good the cheeseburger was very small was seated at the last table in the back I heard a dog barking coming from the table in front of me he was drinking water on the floor I moved to a booth in the front I don't eat at places where dogs are allowed inside the dog owners were young people

Prices haven't changed but the portions still do. I ordered the egg breakfast and got pencil thin sausage, stale toast, and tiny serving of hash browns. The eggs were bland, but the most annoying part was trying to put hot sauce on my eggs. They removed the stopper and I ended up drenching my eggs in hot sauce. The only part I wasn't disappointed by was the coffee and cup of water. Service was ok but the food wasn't worth it. Go to buttercup if you want a better breakfast expirance
