There was no line but we were all made to park and wait. The hamberger had onions which were cut into thick one inch long pieces and places in a clump, yucky surprise, who cuts onions like that for hambergers? Way too thick, they should have been nice rings or something but that was just unpleasant to experience.

Fresh food, quick service
Went by just to get 2 RedBulls, no food nothing else...... It took 5 minutes just to order the 2 items that didn't need to be prepared and there was only one person already at the pick up window, finally after waiting 10 minutes or more it was finally my turn so I pulled up to the window and sat there for another 10 minutes while the person who was supposed to help me and take my money got the people's order behind me together, needless to say I never got my RedBulls because I drove off........ I live around the corner and I never go here because the lack of customer service is horrible, I will continue to go to the one across town,

Ordered through Uber eats and arrived at the time estimated, checked in order still wasn't ready waited 15 min had to cancel after waiting in the inside they had flies sticking to the walls the doors were dirty lobby smelled like they don't clean regularly so I was actually ok with canceling I thought I avoided a food born illness.

This is one of the worst fast food spots in Vallejo. They’re always getting your order wrong. They have an attitude and they have to fix it food most likely is gonna come out cold need new staff.

Good location along California 29 and Lewis Brown Drive. Ample parking space and easily accessible. Burgers and fries are average, and I find other branches in California are a little bit better in terms of customer service. Not bad burger joints but not the best.

The service was Amazing. We ordered a ton of food. And Gaby provided great service. She was making the food, helping her team, and answering questions all at the same time. Ensuring that our experience was great. This location just doesn’t accept the coupons. Thank you Gaby!!!

I wish I could give less than one star. I was there 10/28 around 4:30. The drive thru set up is literally right on the corner as soon as you turn in. So I was a bit confused I pulled in the drive thru kept saying hello. No answer so I decided let me just go to the window and see if I can order. The lady came on she has blonde highlights. I guess because of the language barrier she immediately views me as being hostile when I was asking her about the drive thru and made a joke saying how the set up is weird. She just stared at me then shut the window and started taking another persons order who pulled to the drive thru right after me. When she came back I asked her are you ready to take my order now she says yes. Take my order comes back out and asked me can I wait In number 1. I told her no I’m staying right here and waiting for my order because why did you shut the window and start taking the other persons order behind me when I needed help. She started to get very frustrated saying it will take 3-5 mins for my order I said that’s fine I’ll wait here for it. She gets very angry SLAMS THE window and walks away. My food didn’t even take as long as she said to come out. She come back out pushes my food to me with anger I asked her for the manger she informed me and shuts the window back. So I got out of my car to go inside and request to speak with a manager. I see the Latino lady’s that work there stick together which is good but when wrong is wrong it should be addressed. So now I’m inside asking for a Managwe. The girl in the kitchen who was suppose to be making fries stops what she’s doing and automatically pulls out her phone to start recording not even knowing why I’m asking asking for a manger instead of working counting her job she stops to add fuel to the fire to record me and they are all in the kitchen ignoring me like I’m some kind of crazy person just recording. I’ve been calling to get a hold of a manger they refuse to answer the phone. I will extend this issue to the corporate office since it seems like they will not help you and label you automatically maybe because of the area that they work in but everyone that is African that comes to the drive thru is not looking for problems. There needs to be people working in the drive thru that don’t have a language barrier so that when they don’t understand what I’m saying they don’t automatically assume I’m being rude or hostile.

Agressive homeless people demanding you to buy them food, but i grew up on Sour dough jumbo jacks and tacos so it hits a special place. However, id be wary or these homeless folks when ordering.

On Broadway Jack in the box is trash I ordered fresh and hot and when I pulled she gave me food soon as I pulled which was fast I got food and it was warm soggy hash brown full of grrase and when I picked up it fell apart she gave me a new which was crispy and she said the first was The Latina girl with silver Teeth she lied and got mad check yall food it not fresh and hot sad
Food was fresh and service was great. Although I really appreciate the young lady wearing gloves she used the same gloves to take my cash, give me my change, make my drinks and put my food in the bag. May I make a suggestion change your gloves after every thing you do. You change your gloves just as much as you would wash your hands.
