First time getting jack in the box. Not the best impression. Staff are super rude, we were curious but we should have stayed away.

Just went and got breakfast and my my food wasn't cooked all the way through. My bread was burnt hash browns were under cooked and my hot and honey stripe didnt have sauce on it just sitting inside the box

I just don't understand why you have to wait for 8 minutes for them to answer on the intercom when there's only two cars in front who have also been waiting with no movement. You need to fire the person who's working August 11th 1:57 a.m. who could not manage it. Danielle are paying them $20 an hour? The whole world is getting robbed because of that.
Btw went to a Jack In The Box down the road with 2 people in front of me and the line moved so fast. Also this location is more expensive than the location closer to the freeway.
So to break that down to y'all Layman the Jack in the Box location that is more obscure is more expensive and has poor service and long wait times. While the Jack in the Box location that is right next to the freeway has cheaper prices faster turn around and more proficient employees.
I ordered 2 Large Supreme Sourdoughs and this is what I got?! What kind of sad ahh promo is this? I will literally NEVER order this again š¤¢

There were all Hispanic and I think they have a jealous problem when I first came they showed good service and the girl was cool to me, until the guys took over and some started for some reason put something in the food I ordered even for my folks however we never eaten it, the first guy took my order.. the guy never said the number just said (hey your food is ready!) It was a different man that said that the first guy left and we found out after I took the food outside was as I was looking at it this was potentially poising stuff in there I wistness racism what happen to all the diversity that worked in these fast food? I know why they gave these people these jobs and it's corruption I love to see these people leave cause there also criminals

I bought a plain chicken sandwich and it was hard as hell , the chicken sandwich smelled and taste like bug spray.. I did not eat it. Are they trying to make me sick? I'm probably going to bring back and see what they say. This was bad services. It should of been fresh and soft and non sprayed with bug spray since I ordered it plain.. so they would have to make new but it wasn't at all.
I am here on December 25, 2024, at 2:30 a.m., my experience has been terrible, and it is not the first time, since every time I arrive I am very lucky to be served by a very rude girl, she screams and behaves most hateful. This is terrible customer service. Apart from being hateful, she has behaved in the most racist way. She is a girl with funny hair.
