They make you pay to use the bathroom. They had no soap in the bathroom, and the employee just shrugged and ignored me when I mentioned it. There are homeless sitting outside the doors. Avoid if you can.

I was ordering thru the drive thru, and even though I told the person 3 times my order, when I asked her a question, I could hear her sigh as she told me. But that wasn't the bad part. Half of my order, even though I asked them to repeat it, they still got it wrong.

The extreme meat breakfast burrito was extremely disappointing. 1 sausage patty, whole, and 1 piece of bacon, some scrambled eggs in a tortilla, like really? Couldn't put some potatoes or cheese in it? Had to ask for salsa, and the hash brownb was cold. With prices going up and portion size going down everywhere, sub par quality like this is a deal breaker for me. Boycott all places that don't deliver excellent quality, because you will never get an excellent value ever again, thanks to Joe Biden.

I came here at 3:00 am for my lunch. I ordered a munchie meal & I feel like they barely added one of the sides. This is how my box looks like. Last time I came here they didn’t give me my whole burger. I feel like they keep playing with me. I never had this issue with them before. But these has happen two times in a row. I’m going to start checking right in front of the window now.

I stop by for my lunch twice a week. Theresa and the rest of the staff know me and ALWAYS welcome me with a positive attitude and amazing ?? service. They use my quote EVERYTIME I enter: " MAKE MY FOOD WITH MUCHO AMOR???? POR FAVOR!"-- we all laugh ?and wish everyone well. Great ?? team members/staff.

Onion rings were hard AF. I couldn't believe indoor dining closed so early. I wanted to give the girl at the drive thru some money to get an adjustment for her attitude.
