We loved the cake we received from Javie's! They give you the ability to text pictures of what you want and they work with them. My daughter's 1st Birthday cake was sweet and exactly what I was looking for. It tasted great and was moist. I'd recommend Javie's Cakes to anyone in Vallejo looking for special made cakes!

I been so busy forgot to upload my review I ordered a 80's themed cake and when I arrive to pick up my cake they cannot find my order in the book then they started to speak in Spanish looking, confused at that point I knew something was wrong so my boyfriend who speak Spanish said they forgot to make your cake is what there saying! I couldn't believe it. We had ordered ahead of time. I didn't understand how they forgot to make my cake. An my party was getting ready to start they told me that it would be ready in 1 hour and they can deliver it to me for the inconvenience but we picked it up I paid 100 and something dollars for my cake very affordable. they took like $20 off that's it. I feel like the cake should have been free at that point. cake was very beautiful but cake was very dry and tasted horrible. Such a disappointment. so I'm guessing they just use the old cake they had sitting around because they know they didn't have time to bake a fresh cake which I paid for.

Best cakes in Vallejo. The folks at this bakery are nice and can accommodate last minute needs, the cakes are nice looking and super tasty. I highly recommend this place.

0 Stars !!!!They have terrible customer service, They accept to do elaborate detail cakes and can not do it right. I had an image cake done. They added things I didn’t ask for and placed the rice paper all wrong with wrinkles and fold all over the place! Definitely never coming back!Re:: this was the second time I received a terrible cake from your bakery, you’re saying because of “budget”, I received pictures of an example of how my cake could look like. Looked nothing like the examples you send over. I got a rushed job on a cake you just slapped pictures on and pictures that weren’t on theme. But this what I get for trying to support local businesses! I tried giving this bakery a second time, but you failed miserably !!

Tried the 1000 jotas, princess cake, dulce leches cake, their vanilla and black/white tuxedo cake.... Love them all!!! Particularly enjoy that they use a whipped cream icing rather than the sickly sweet sugar frostings!!!

Order their Gordita de chicharrón to try them out & i definitely recommend giving them a try. It's taste like home cooking, it was good. The wait for your food is a little long but the food is made to order so it's fresh so i think it worth it.
