I was in the drive through ordering food and the workers were talking bad about each other and the costumers. I specifically heard one of the older ladies (believe is the manager) talk bad to one young girl, in her teenage years. I don’t trust coming to this place as a costumer since I know I will be targeted.
The work here has an extremely bad work environment. The older ladies think they are all that because they have been working there and it’s ok to disrespect the new individuals working there. Then the manager holds different standards for the new and old workers. The old workers get away with disrespecting and being rude to the new workers.
This needs to change. I’ve been coming here serval times and these are things I noticed. I look extremely white and understand Spanish so they think I don’t understand.
I absolutely love kfc.the only complaint I have is their prices,but I clip my KFC flyer coupons and use them to bring the price down.
