Best tacos in Vallejo hands down, the service is top notch super friendly! They have outdoor seating with some shade. Parking lot is small but never really full, most people get to go orders and they get your food out fairly quickly. The portions are very decent. They take phone in orders and take credit cards.
For all San Diegans who read this, this is the only place in the bay area I've found so far that makes a good burrito that will remind you of home. The tortilla is properly blistered and of the right texture, it's wrapped well, fantastic red salsa.
It's definitely worth driving out for if you are really pining for a proper burrito because you know as well as I do those mission burritos don't satisfy.
