Looking for something special for my son after some medical stuff, saw the reviews and decided to take a chance! Great little hole in the wall place, amazing food (definitely filled us up!) Chicken burrito, wet ground beef burrito and sope y enchilada. Chips and salsa with a Pina colada to top it all off. Price was WAY less than I expected ??

I havenât even tasted the food yet, but I ran here to make a review just at the awful customer service I just experienced. I called in some burritos and a quesadilla for my kids. I got myself a veggie burrito, twice I made clear please no guacamole or cilantro and extra beans. She said ok. I go pick up the food, get all the way home my burrito has double of everything I asked them NOT to put on. I leave my kids, and drive all the way back. I get there, show them the uneaten burrito, I opened it up to further show. I was met with an aggressive attitude, she snatched my burrito and went to the back and made another. I didnât get an apology, I didnât get offered a discount, nada. Then, I asked the male waiter who was the manager, (didnât know it was her) and as Iâm talking to him, he completely stops looking at me and starts having a full on conversation with a guy sitting at the bar. The manager she then came back, I told her what just went on, she shoved my bag into my hands and said well Iâm the manager, you have your food, now go. We donât give discounts.
Itâs sad I canât even review based on the food as now my appetite is gone.

The food was good but I ordered a chili water and it was much more onion than shrimp, it had very little shrimp for what it cost, they gave us neither good nor bad service, they just brought us the food and that was it. What seems unfair to me is that they added the tip themselves and charged us the highest percentage of tips even though they did not give us any type of good service since the only thing the waitress did for us was bring the food, the drinks and the bill and he wasn't even aware if we needed anything else. So they didn't deserve the tip percentage they charged us because it wasn't optional, they simply charged us for the tips.

Careful! Hidden charges / Be careful! hiding fees. The food was good but they gave us more onion than shrimp for a dish of almost 50 dollars, when paying it came with "Gratitude" charges (20%), not optional according to what the manager told us. More fees for payment by DEBIT card of $6 as of the date of this review and at the end of the receipt it mentions tips as if they had not already been charged. Besides, at the end the waitress forgot to bring food and left us forgotten even when it was time to collect. I was disappointed that I suggested eating there.
