The employee who helped us didn't have a very professional attitude. At all the other Little Caesar establishments that we've been to, we were always able to get all the flat style chicken wings in our order and none of the drum stick style. She said that they couldn't do it and gave a lame excuse. The taste was a bit off, too. Other than that, things were OK. Our bread sticks were great, and the new item that is kind of like a pizza pocket was OK. They needed more filling on the inside.

Ordered online for faster service and said it should be ready in 20 minutes but I didn't receive an email for my order so I went there to pick up the order and waited for another 15 minutes until I asked the counter about my order and they said the back didn't receive the order because they said their system went down I told them I haven't received my email receipt yet. I waited another 20 minutes and they said they forgot one item to make so I had to wait again. All together it took them an extra 1 1/2 hours to make my order and they tried to compensate me with a crazy bread or brownie for their error I told them to just keep it because it wasn't even worth it.

Order a little ahead and you'll roll right through, pizza was "hot and ready" when I got there, heck even the girl at the register super sweet and helpful. She made sure I had all my sauces and drinks that I wouldn't have had, dinner was great ty
The incompetent delivery driver decided to leave it on the dirty ground far from the door without even knocking and handing it to me like a normal person. If I didnt see them from the window I wouldnt have known. Not to mention everything was cold AF. Such a joke, wish I could get my tip back. Hot & ready my a**

Just order on line, then go pick it up, if they say 25 minutes u go in 35
I don't know what the difference is but when i walk in to order pizza, is not good.i did twice and vowed never again will i go back. Someone said to order online and the pizza will be much better so i did and they were right it was good.

Took them an hour to make stuffed pizza and crazy bread and it wasn’t even hot i think they forgot my food while i was waiting there the whole time

I've never encountered a company where using a gift card is such a problem. The online ordering does not allow for using a gift card. On this particular visit, I didn't order ahead. I went in placed my order & gave my gift card to the cashier. He said "you can try to use it. But there have been problems for the last few days."So I swiped the gift card. Sure enough the transaction failed. Tried it again, same result. I asked if there was another way to be able to pay with the gift card - no. When will the gift card be able to be used - he had no answer. Since that was only payment method I brought into the store, I cancelled my order and left. When I got to my car, I remembered I had a Visa gift card as well. I returned to store, placed my order again & swiped my visa gift card. The terminal displayed gift? debit/credit? I selected gift. Transaction declined. There was more than enough on card. So I swiped it again. This time I picked debit/credit. Voila transaction approved.At a diff location I tried to use my little cesars gift card & the cashier couldn't get it to process. Eventually the store manager came out & explained there was a separate terminal required to process their gift cards and they didn't have one. Not theirs was broken or being repaired. They didn't have one so they could not accept their gift cards as payment. Yet right next to register was a display promoting their gift cards for purchase. So I asked you don't accept your own gift cards but you sell them? Yes we do. In case someone wants to use it at another location!

I very much disliked the food it was old as soon as I picked it up inedible old. Not that I am a huge fan to begin with so hard critic to start with... But man this was like they used to be!! Yuck!!! Plus they didn't even have my pizza where they said it was supposed to be. The code they gave me witch was super confusing to begin with didn't work because it wasn't behind those doors and they kept helping new people that walked in after me enstead of me! The only thing that is worth anything is the cookie dough brownies!!!
