Los precios son engañosos en las verduras porque anuncian un precio y cua do vas a pagar es más caro.
Compre 4 mangos que se anunciaban a 1.19 cada uno y cua do llegue a la caja la chica embarazada estaba enojada y de malas pasando mis cosas por la registradora después me dio el total de los mangos los 3 por 15.99
Le dije que no los quería a ese precio porque anunciaban otro y dijo que ese era para otro artículo. Revise y pasa lo mismo con las manzanas etc.
Entiendo si hay un error pero la forma de decirlo y atender a un cliente es muy mala.
Se que el dueño de estas tiendas visita de diez en cuando.
Ojalá visitara sus también sus evaluaciones en las páginas públicas

Bad service , the cashier was rude . I ask her a cuestión and instead of answering my cuestión she rolled her eyes at me . It was a very simple cuestión. this happened on march 7 / 2024 in between 7:50 pm and 8 pm .. for who ever is in charge of this people who called them selfs employees.!! I don’t have more details because she did not had a name tag . But even if she didn’t get a proper costumer service training,! As human . Her attitude was poor and disgusting… who does that ? Only a person with no manners

The employees are forced to work and have a bad attitude towards the customer. The lady on the food side with a bad attitude, reluctantly, as if asking for money, comes to ask for things if they don't want to work. I'm sure there are people who do want to work with pleasure. Lolas products have nothing to do with the service that the workers provide.
Cashiers are rude. Don’t greet you, look at you or tell you the total most of the time. If they’re in a conversation with each other they huff and puff as if you’re a bother and continue talking, had happened on several occasions. Bread is not made early morning so fresh pastry for your morning coffee is not happening. Meat dept wouldn’t cut the meat and turn it back on you if any question is asked, whatever you want acting clueless. Definitely need a customer service training.

The girl named Dulce on the register was inconsiderate and rude. I have never experienced this level of attitude in my life. I came here to shop not to be dealing with unhappy staff. Every time I shop here I have the same experience.

The girl at the register I think her name Dulce is so rude! I have been there several times and she has always had a nasty attitude i won’t be coming back

Register girl named dulce is so rude have complained to HR and obviously they don’t don’t do anything to her. She still continues to be rude. She won’t hand you your groceries when they’re on her side by her register, gives you the rudest looks rolling her eyes 24/7 as if you’re bothering her by just buying groceries. She will definitely make you not want to go back. Vargas market next to it is much better.
