I love this place I get off work weeknights at 8:00 and they wait for me I order there shrimp burrito with the works I always talk to the cashier and her mother and the cook. But I came and they were closed and so I also called and there was know answer

Ordered food online using their online ordering system. Got an email minutes later notifying me that the order was being prepared. When I drove to the restaurant I was surprised to find out that they were closed that day. I called the next day asking for a refund, the lady on the phone said that the refund was being processed. However, I never received the refund. I had to ask my credit card company to get my money back. This restaurant used to be one of my favorites, after this incident I have lost trust in them. They should not do business in such a shady manner.

I am sooo sorry but have to update my review....i got a wet burrito with red sauce, like i used to.... it is plain, almost like a tomato sauce... my favorite red salsa...bland, i did like the green salsa this time that's why 2 stars. My horchata i usually get, no cinnamon. Taste like water. I went there for years!!! Now prices are high and no taste, sorry but not coming back. This was my review before.... U have to try it!!! The steak sandwiches are bomb, chips are fresh, the salsa is really great and I'm sure everything else is too! I just tried to call them but their closed on Sundays.....darn! Thought about calling them yesterday so I might hit them up tomorrow. Gotta have it lol. That was before, now noooooo.

I used to loved this place! But now , the service of that lady was soooo bad, they gave me wrong order, the lady even charged me $3 for the sauce! I paid for 4 different item, she only gave me 2 sauce , I said this order are for 4 people, that she must give me 1 sauce for each order, she said NOOO, SHE SAID THOSE 2SAUCE WERE GOOD FOR MY OREDER, IF I WANT MORE SAUCE , I SHOULD PAY FOR EXTRA SAUCE, I ASKED HOW MUCH, SHE SAID $3 FOR 2 MORE SAUCE! NO WAY, I AM NIT COMING BACK HERE! BAD SERVICE ! BAD BUSINESS! ?

Heard the food was good here so took the drive from Oakland to check it out. I really needed to use the restroom and to wash my hands. Was told I couldn't use the restroom until I ordered. I told the young lady that I am going to order but I really need to use the restroom. She said no again, I needed to order first. So I left. Not the type of place I want to spend my money at.

I think this place has changed its admiration, now I went to buy some carnitas cakes, but I was disappointed ? the bread was hot dog bread, in each cake there were literally 4 little pieces of meat, A THEFT
