A Taste of Peru That Feels Like Home đŸ‡”đŸ‡Ș✹Lucky Garden Peruvian

From the very first bite, this restaurant transports you straight to the heart of Peru. The flavors are bold, authentic, and crafted with love by Peruvian hands that know how to honor tradition.

Start with the ceviche, fresh, zesty, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of heat. Then the iconic lomo saltado, where juicy strips of beef are sautĂ©ed to perfection with onions, tomatoes, and that unmistakable touch of soy sauce and spices. The arroz chaufa is a savory fusion masterpiece, while the tallarines saltado brings a mouthwatering twist on stir-fry pasta that’s packed with flavor.

Don’t miss the anticuchos, tender skewers of marinated beef heart that melt in your mouth, or the golden picarones, a sweet finish made with squash and sweet potato, drizzled in chancaca syrup. Pure Peruvian joy!

To wash it all down, sip on a cold Inka Kola, a tangy glass of maracuyĂĄ (passion fruit) juice, or the deep, spiced flavors of chicha morada. Each drink is a memory, a story, a sip of home.

And for a truly special treat, they’re bringing out the Pachamanca (tres sabores) this Father’s Day, a traditional Andean feast slow-cooked underground with marinated meats, herbs, and native potatoes. It’s more than a meal, it’s a celebration of culture, family, and roots.

You will also appreciate the warm, attentive service from the owners and chefs.

Whether you’re Peruvian or just discovering its rich culinary heritage, this place will have you coming back for more. ¡Buen provecho!

A gem of Peruvian cuisine!
The food was spectacular, authentic, and full of flavor. Each dish reflected the best of Peruvian cuisine. The service was excellent, very attentive and friendly throughout. The place is cozy and has a very pleasant atmosphere. Definitely a place we will return to soon.

The experience was amazing, so was the food. Everything was delicious especially the lomo saltado.

This is my personal favorite Chinese food in Vallejo. So many good items on the menu. Everything always cooked to perfection. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I'm not joking lying or trying to put a bad name on this business but for lunch I was served cat meat. These people really think they can lie and serve this it's outrageous and not good I ordered chicken and immediately threw it away they charged $15 dollars for the food and it was a lunch special again not hating I know cultures are different but at least be straight up bout what your serving not making this up BEWARE

Ordered Chicken chow mein, pork fried rice and pineapple chicken. Very delicious. I'm pretty picky about my Chinese food. They did not disappoint.

Went for lunch today . I had the broccoli beef and chow mein . The broccoli was cooked to perfection and the beef was tender . The chow mein was very good . The soup was like hot water with a real hard wonton . The waitress was REALLY unfriendly . The lunch was 18 bucks .Pretty expensive for what I got and how unfriendly she was I will not go back .I felt like I was a real bother to her and I was the only customer there...

I usually get take out and order barbecue pork chow fun!
I am Asian and grew up in San Francisco and my mother always cooked Chinese food.
I am very picky about my Chinese food. The portion lasts me several meals, it’s authentic and satisfying for my cravings.

We ordered for take out. The hostess was friendly, but the food was not to our liking. The tofu with vegetables lacked flavor & the tofu was cooked too long leaving the it tough. The curry chicken was spicy, but no curry flavor. Our corn & chicken soup was the only redeeming dish we ordered. We don't think we'll be returning. Our favorite Chinese restaurant closed after gong to it for over 30 years, so this was our first venture out to find a replacement and it didn't even come close to good.

The bbq pork was hard. The Mongolian beef didn't taste like Mongolian beef. The salt & pepper pork chops were hard and chewy. It didn't taste like the salt & pepper pork chops I normally eat from a Chinese restaurant.

My first and last time here‌The only positive thing I could say is the place looks clean. Service was bad, but she was nice with the white folks, so maybe it’s just the color of my... Food was okay, can’t say I was impressed. Price was on the steep side, seafood chow mein, 8 small pcs of har gow and siomai for $48 including tax, if you use credit card it’s $2 more. Oh, she couldn’t even serve sauce for the siomai, maybe that’s extra, but my lil boy and I did get a cold glass of water, just no refill. I did leave $2 tip, only bcos I didn’t want to wait for the change.
