First time I went with a couple of friends and we loved the food and service. That was summer and we sat outside- yay! Next time, I wanted to show hubby the place, and again we loved it. Food is good and many choices. Then we went again tonight and the portions were huge, especially the meat. I usual eat what’s in front of me, but had to take half my meal home. The young man who served us was quite easy to talk to. Customer service is really tip top. At first he was quiet and down to businesses , but polite and attentive. When I asked him a few questions, he was very willing to be responsive. I felt noticed, which is a nice change. My friends, my husband and I will be returning. You should try it, too.

Service at this place is horrible never coming back. On top of everything they charge an 18% for 4 adults and 2 kids. When I asked to get answers on the reason why they were charging the tip, they just charge me and nobody answered my question.

Expensive. 4 dollars for bottled soda. Wet burrito was salty and small. They charged extra for wet sauce and to use credit card. Did not give to go utensils.
They need better customer service! We dinned in with 4 Adults 2 kids and they charged an 18% Gratuity when they only came by to check on us once. It also says at the bottom of the receipt if you use a credit card, they will charge an additional fee to offset processing cost which doesn’t sound legal. The lady looked annoyed when asking for recommendations . We had to go get them for service and when we asked the waiter for the manager she never came. Don’t recommend this restaurant bad vibes and bad service. Won’t be returning.
