This place is completely horrible I do not recommend anyone to go and eat here or shop I was charged $16 for a carne asada fry and when it was finished and I received it the cheese that covered the top of the fries was completely molded it discussed me extremely and when I asked for my money back they decided to make me another carne asada fry they had completely ignored my request for a refund and was very rude and disrespectful I recognized a few words in the Latin Dialect they spoke And they called me plenty of Disrespectful embarrassing dirty and wrong names I continue to ask for my refund and once I received it I told all of them have a great wonderful day and the rest of their week and walk out With a huge smile on my face do not recommend shopping or dining at this location at all

Good prices & fresh pan dulce. I am heartbroken about your recent break-in. And that it was so much damage for only $50 gain that the thieves made off with. Please understand I know you've been in business for a long time if I recall something around 20 years. But please understand the wealth Gap where we live has grown to an unbearable level. The Gini Index for the United States may be 0.415 - 0.425, but the Gini Index for California is 0.49, which makes it have a wealth Gap similar to Mexico, Guatemala, or Columbia. The wealth gap for San Francisco county is worse still: it stands in 2022 at 0.520- that is on par with Brazil, Belize, Kenya and Honduras. So expect the same types of mob crime and senseless crime for small amounts of money to begin happening here. 15 years ago, 20 years ago when you opened your business this was not the case at all. Gini Indices of these places; California and San Francisco County 15 years ago were 5 points lower!!! So please understand there is a desperation among the lower economic classes here that is similar to the desperation you see in Brazil. It is going to get worse unless they fix it so brace yourselves and prepare. You need to put bars on your windows or get a roll down door so they do not have access to your business. If you get a roll down door get the really good kind that they have in Brazil. We would hate to see this happen to you again.

the store is very crowded and not clean, my husband and I ordered Carnitas with rice and beans, we were given old beans and rice and the carnitas was closer to fat and scraps of unidentifiable pork product and although they are inside a market, they served us tough stale tortillas... perhaps the health department could investigate... very disappointed

Super small and cramped, we walked in there and were never acknowledged or helped. After I noticed the flies flying around their food area we walked out. ?
I spontaneously pulled into this place after driving by their sign and I’m so glad I did. Really great burrito. They make it to order and I waited for what felt like less than 2 minutes. It’s huge and filled with a delicious mix of ingredients. I briefly interacted with a few of the employees and got kind, welcome vibes from them. Would recommend!

This place is awful. I ordered nachos fries and the fries were still half frozen and not safe to eat. I got my husband a burrito and he said it was also bad. I should have been suspicious from the sign that says, no refunds on food. I imagine that many people are not happy with the quality of the food. I'll never return. Please if your hungry instead go to 711 at least your food will be cooked.
