If you’re coming here around closing time, just know they have a strange policy of taking the soy sauce right in the middle of your meal. So if you order sushi or/sashimi, be prepared to assert yourself or they will most definitely take the soy sauce right off your table. I know it’s to be convenient for themselves for when they close but it’s very inconvenient as a diner. Especially when you’re paying top dollar, and being charged gratuity for a family size table of six. They don’t tell you that ahead of time so hopefully you’ve read this review. Also , be warned they will still ask for more Tip, even though they’ve already taken their 20%. Literally, the server looked right in our face and asked us to sign her tablet for more tip.The food is good quality but if you’re not prepared, the service will stress you out.

We got here at 8:30 and they denied us service for no reason but let the people in before us that walked in at the exact same time they don’t close yet and it was super rude and disrespectful. I live in the neighborhood and come here all the time you just lost a frequent customer. The resturaunt isn’t closed yet hours are posted and literally sat the people that walked in at the same time as us. Super rude I will be telling everyone I know about this. I work in the restaurant industry.

Never been disappointed with Matsuri’s food. They have great vegetarian options like the veggie udon and avocado roll. As well as their sides, the gyoza and steamed edamame are always cooked to perfection. The prices are great as well! Though I haven’t dined in before, the atmosphere does seem nice whenever I walk in. Highly recommend!

The food was amazing! The restaurant was great. The service was slow. We got seated fast but our server seemed to take a while to come and take our order. By the time she got there we were ready to order our drinks, apps and main entrees. She never brought us our check I had to get up from the table and find someone.
Solid food, nice amount of choices, and great lunch bento price. Quality service as well. Really love their saba shioyaki.

First timer. The Baked Lion King roll excellent. The Crazy Horse roll above average. The Philly Mali roll was terrible at best. I need another trip to really make up my mind on this place.

Came here around 7:30P after a 6 flags trip. Ordered and all our food, 3 rolls and 2 appetizers came out in 5 minutes. Literally 5 minutes. Staff was friendly and kind. Everything tasted great, plus they let us make a few substations. We were out by 8PM and back on the road!
