The manager and employees need to train more and learn better customer service and how to fix issues with the app. The manager taking my order seemed to be in a bad mood and it showed when she greeted me at the drive through voice order thing. In addition, I was unable to hear her as she was talking too fast and I could not understand her so I went to the window. They were unable to resolve my problem with my order on the app and the manager made me feel stupid because she said I just didn’t know how to use the app even when I tried to explain the problem. On my cart in the app it says I have something there that cost $10+ but the cart is empty. And it would not give me the option to check out. And they took away points for an ice cream I did not get for my daughter and she was really disappointed. They shut the drive through window on me because they couldn’t come up with a solution. That was very rude and unprofessional.

Update, 07/03/25 I just pass by the drive thru and when I got back to my house I notice in my order was missing a medium fries I call to the place no one answer only the voicemail how I can get my fries without driving back specially when you're so hungry. After 8 years they still the worst service, Please don't waste you're time buying food here the worst of the worst place ever.

Although this McDonald's has been remodeled and modernized. It is the oldest McDonald's in Solano county and one of the last restaurants to feature an active play area for kids. An awesome location for kids birthday parties.

Got a Mc crispy and the chicken was hard and pinkish colored!!! Can you just cook the chicken nextime instead of giving raw food to people🤦♂️.

Do not use online or mobile orders inside the store, their system will accept it however they will not prepare it unless you go to the counter and complain. Happened to me 4 times in a row and nobody cares.

Literally just went through the drive about 15-20 min ago. Tried calling like 5 times. You don't have any sprite man, I have uncarbonated water in my cup and a receipt that says I ordered a sprite. It just makes me wonder if they keep up with things in there. It wasn't super busy, especially in the drive through. It could've been that I arrived right after the lunch rush was over.... but either way, I just wanted that crisp sprite with deliciously salted fries.

They don't add sugar like you ask and you get coffee grounds in your coffee or it's weak so far they do have hot fries they need a mobile app lane only so you don't have to wait or start giving you stuff out of window 1 but today was a good day love me some free fries
