The crew at the window drive through they won't take EBT at the drive they want you too come inside and am busy with grandkids and other stuff all three in Vallejo are especially admiral Callahan Lane is the worst and Lincoln rd too and springs rd letting men in the women's bathroom

Every time I go and order a chicken mc griddle it's always semi warm-cold and hard around the edges making me unable to eat it only at this location because I tried the Sonoma st McDonald's and it was hot and good! So I'll try once again and if it's still cold I'll switch restaurants

I order same thing every time I go there and nothing different and when I got home it was wrong thing in bag...I called and told them they should give me something for coming all the way back and they refused and then had nerve to tell me I order that when I never done b4. In all the years I always order same thing because im picky.. the MANAGER ARGUED THAT I ORDER SOMETHING DIFFERENT.. EVEN THOU SHE ONLY SEES RECEIPT...SHE DIDNT HEAR MY ORDER.. IM NEVER GOING BACK THERE..THEY SHOULD OF OFFERED TO GIVE SOMETHING IN RETURN IN ME HAVING TO GO BACK...I HAVE RECEIPTS FROM PREVIOUS TIMES SHOWING SAME THING I ALWAYS ORDER..NOTHING DIFFERENT..SO WHY WOUKD I ORDER DIFFERENT NOW??????

Very disappointed! The lid on my coffee wasn’t closed properly — I barely caught the cup, burned my hand, and spilled coffee on my shoes. I stayed calm and left without complaining, but when I tried the apple pie, my mood got even worse — it was dry, tasteless, and felt old. McDonald’s, what happened to your quality?

I placed my order on the app for pickup at the counter. It was ready in under 5 minutes. The only thing I don't like about this location is that they don't allow you to get free refills on your fountain drinks.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. One of the male employees, wearing a black mask, was extremely rude and unprofessional.
We ordered a caramel macchiato, but the drink did not taste right—it had no espresso flavor at all and tasted more like a plain latte. When we politely asked for it to be remade with more espresso, the employee responded with rude gestures and behavior. Instead of handling the situation respectfully, he aggressively threw the drink in the trash and started yelling in his native language, which made the whole experience very uncomfortable.
On top of that, we were left waiting for nearly 15 minutes, which added to the frustration. I completely understand that working in food service can be stressful and challenging, but customer service is a very important part of the job. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and professionalism, regardless of the situation.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better training in customer service and communication. This kind of behavior is not acceptable and leaves a very negative impression of the brand.
