I was there for days ago then again 3 days ago each time I've been learning to use the restaurant kiosks ( I never used them B4 I usually pick up @ Drive-Thru). Ya see somx's I'm technically impaired , but Veronica ( which I found out later she is the store manager ) HELPED ME ALL THE WAY THREW , She was not only helpful She was extremely patient with my impairment , so to speak, ( lol ) ,... TO ME; That sets a great example to Her EMPLOYEE'S. ( I caped them because they deserve it ) I have absolutely no complaints to share with y'all because THAY ALL do a fantastic job. And believe me it's not always easy dealing with the public because no matter what you just can't please every one , I worked in the restaurant and hospitality businesses all my life from 13 till just a few years ago when I retired as an executive chef.. (due to health issues ).( Called OLD AGE. Lol).... The french fries were cold and they were terrible I don't understand what happened to the french fries and they have no salt on them that part with the fish sandwich was nice and it was hot because I asked him for extra cheese I don't understand why you get cold food and I spent $30 on two fish sandwiches a large fry two coffees and a Happy Meal that's entirely too expensive and the food is not worth $30

I wanted to add some Oreo on my chocolate shake but the app didn't have that option. So I pulled up to the drive thru and asked for the same. They said I cannot do it as they don't see an option on their screen to add an extra charge. Usually for any such topping McDonald's charges 40¢ but when I said I can pay extra directly as I placed a mobile order they said it is 75¢. I was fine with that. When I pulled up to the window they asked me to pay 6$ even which I didn't understand as I already paid for my order.I know apps exist for food ordering but food ordering does not exist only because of the app. Humans can do any customizations but they just want to stick to what their system allows.I left my wanting to have Oreo on the chocolate shake and took a regular shake from my order.

So this is how my Sunday morning went with McDonald's I left from Sonoma McDonald's and came to Lincoln road East because Sonoma didn't serve breakfast until 11:00 and it was 10:30 so I made it to Lincoln road East ordered a steak McMuffin without cheese only to get all the way home and find out it's a bacon and egg McMuffin drive all the way back and they tell me they have no more steak and stopped serving breakfast! Worst experience ever now no breakfast sandwich and a waste of my gasoline and time! I will be cooking my own breakfast from now on great job losing a customer.

The food was hot and fresh. Customer service was friendly. The lobby and tables were clean. Free parking lot with parking stalls but parked cars already in them. Drive thru line available.Would go again.

Literally the juiciest, tastiest, freshest QP Cheese burger I’ve ever had in my entire life and I’ve had many. Maybe I just got lucky and it happened to fall on the perfect slice of a normal distribution, or maybe there is an undiscovered genius on the patty table because by god this was one life-changing meal. Will never look at McDonald’s the same way again.Worth a cross-country journey.
