Ok, I'll admit we only stopped here to use the restroom. But I had my two toddlers with us on a road trip, one of which is still potty training. When we walked to the bathroom, they were locked with signs that say only customers can use it. So my partner went to the counter to ask if he needed to order something to get the bathrooms unlocked, which we were willing to do. They completely ignored him for several minutes. No... hello, no... We'll be with you shortly. They waited for him to finally use the automated ordering kiosks. As he's waiting for the ice cream he ordered, they still did not even make eye contact as my two children are bouncing around complaining they had to pee. Finally the lady gives us the ice cream. I ask again if she can unlock the bathrooms and she says, "Yes, they are now unlocked." We run to the bathroom and barely make it in time. So my rating is purely based on that. I will say the Oreo ice cream was delicious.

My experience at this location on magazine street was horrible. The manager wasn't at her job one one was in front helping people in the lobby area and was rude and told me I had to order on the kiosk but took a Hispanic woman's order. My food was disgusting over cooked fries, the burger didn't have extra pickles, I said no mayo but I want extra mustard. I believe the manager's name is Claudia I'm going back to make sure.
I have been patronizing this Mc Donald's for at least 10 +years and have never been treated how this woman did me. She has a lot of complaints for what I heard from someone who works there as well.
Kick her out of there and hire someone that can do a better job. I'm going to seek legal representation. I feel I was discriminated against.
I also have some video after I was told I couldn't order at kiosk.

Yo, listen up. McDonald's ain't what it used to be. It was once a budget-friendly choice for eating out, but now the prices are way too high for the quality of food they're serving. There are way better options out there, so I highly recommend you skip McDonald's and go for something else. Trust me, you won't regret it.

Teresa is a person with service attitude and professionalism, always smiling, attentive and smart, I started going there and since the first time she remembered what i wanted and had my order ready in a snap.unfortunately I can’t say the same for the other girl, I think her name is Claudia, she shouldn’t be attending the public, she is very rude, forgetful, you order one thing she gives you something else,Plain and simple, she doesn’t belong in customer service at all

one of the worst ones I been too nobody here speaks much English and they refuse service at the register. they insist you use the kiosk. girls in back gossiping calling customers names. sad to see
