Teresa is a person with service attitude and professionalism, always smiling, attentive and smart, I started going there and since the first time she remembered what i wanted and had my order ready in a snap.unfortunately I can’t say the same for the other girl, I think her name is Claudia, she shouldn’t be attending the public, she is very rude, forgetful, you order one thing she gives you something else,Plain and simple, she doesn’t belong in customer service at all

don't go to this mcdonalds if you are black or a female! the general manager there is agressive towards women and the staff are very racist!i ordered my breakfast on the mobile app they accpected the order. i was there in 2 mins because i live in the neighborhood.when i arrived, they said they cancelled the order because i wasn't there. i said to them show me where it says that you will cancel my order if i'm not physically there. i asked the general manager several times to show me where that says that at on the app.the general manager martin hernandezwho is a darker complected mexican man with facial piercingshe couldn't and i said you don't know what you are talking about. you just didn't want to make the food and as i'm driving off he yells: whatever bitch! slams the windowi never cussed at him or called him out of his name and thats what you say to me!don't come to this mcdonalds they hate women and are argressive towards women and if you are black.I WANT MCDONALDS TO PULL THE VIDEO CAMERA'S BECAUSE I KNOW THAT THEY HAVE AUDIO!

This review is specifically for Claudia. She is so rude. I come here everyday for coffee. She always has an attitude. When she can't hear you she says, "WHAT!!" Just rude. I really wish Mc Donald's would fire her already. I really like everyone else who works here. Everyone else is really polite. Always smiling. Not Claudia, she's angry, rude and needs another job. Maybe one where she doesn't have to speak.

I pick up doordash delivery a lotthe this restaurant as well as use my mobile app to order food there. Despite the fact that we are not required to wear masks to pick up food delivery during lobby hours, I regretted not bringing one with me during most pick ups. Every time I set foot in the restaurant, there is an unbearable odor emanating from the toilet which has spread to the lobby and the kitchen. Maybe the workers know of the smell which is why they are all wearing masks in the kitchen despite the hot conditions. When speaking with the employees or the supervisors, they are often brusque almost to the point of being rude. I have seen thIs kind of behavior happen more than once since I started picking up orders in 2021 to the present. I am Filipino American and came to America at the age of ten. I grew up in the U.S. and started living in Vallejo, CA in my early thirties. However, I as I have aged, despite living here for so many years, my accent not changed significantly. Along with my looks, I am often mistaken as someone from Central America. My point is, if you don't look Central American or dont have similar accents as Central Americans, you treated differently.

For a McDonald's, I would give this place a 9/10. When I went inside the service was fairly quick and the food came out fast as-well. The environment was friendly and to be honest I have no complaints about the service. Unlike other locations, the workers here were actually friendly and quick to get some ketchup that I asked for and didn't leave me waiting for minutes. I believe this location empowers what a McDonald's should be like! Would come again for sure If i ever pass by Vallejo Again!
