The food is always disgusting here, I have eaten at multiple McDonald’s and this place is the worst. When I ask them to cook it fresh they just warm it up in the microwave. When I walk inside no one is ever at the counter and you have to wait 8 minutes for a person to walk to the register. The staff is rude and the lobby is always dirty,

I recently stopped at this McDonald’s location with my daughter after school, and we chose to dine inside. She ordered a Happy Meal, and when she poured the fries onto the tray, we noticed two of them looked unusual—as if they were wet. At first, I thought maybe she had put them in her mouth and taken them out, but then we realized they were actually still frozen. This was very concerning since the fries were extremely cold and clearly not cooked properly. Serving undercooked or frozen food raises food safety concerns, especially when meals are being served to children. I wanted to bring this to your attention so the issue can be addressed with the staff to ensure proper food preparation and quality control. Thank you for your time and for looking into this matter.
