Have been giving mixed results from the staff. Some orders are correct whilst at times it’s been another walk to the counter. It’s okay to focus on speed of delivery but you’ve got to also focus on getting it right the first time as well.

Well this time I didn't have good experience at this McDonald's I went to the drive-thru and I ordered a large soda and a Oreo McFlurry with extra Oreo and whipped cream and extra whipped cream well I got charge 60 some cents extra for the whipped cream or the extra whipped cream and he insists the guy be at the window He was Arabic or Indian I don't know He insisted that he gave me extra whipped cream cuz it was on the McFlurry itself No extra whipped cream will be on the side but he argued with me and told me I was wrong he was rude and I'm proud of myself because I didn't say anything to him cuz I had a bad day and I probably would have yelled at him and it wouldn't know went well he set me off a little bit but he was wrong in several ways I just wanted to share that with you if anybody else has had the same experience at the same guy You know let McDonald's know thank you,...... BIG JOHN

The McDonald's app gave me my order and my app code. They subtracted the money from my bank, I had the receipt for the purchase in the McDonald's app, but McDonald's wouldn't stand by and never gave me my food even though I paid for it.

Tried to use the kiosk (that the companies always want us to use) and it froze, locking me out of using my rewards for 15 minutes. The cashier told me to just wait. Absolutely not happening. Terrible service.

The egg and cheese biscuit i had was bye far the worst I have ever had!!!! I will not go this McDonald's again. The biscuit tasted like it was a couple of days old, it also was very hard! ☹️
