The McDonald's app gave me my order and my app code. They subtracted the money from my bank, I had the receipt for the purchase in the McDonald's app, but McDonald's wouldn't stand by and never gave me my food even though I paid for it.

Tried to use the kiosk (that the companies always want us to use) and it froze, locking me out of using my rewards for 15 minutes. The cashier told me to just wait. Absolutely not happening. Terrible service.

The egg and cheese biscuit i had was bye far the worst I have ever had!!!! I will not go this McDonald's again. The biscuit tasted like it was a couple of days old, it also was very hard! ☹️

Why is this McDonald don't want to refill like all the McDonald restaurants that I been to. I will stop coming here for dine in, since they can't refill your drink.

Huge language barrier for customers who don’t speak Spanish.

The workers in there mainly speak Spanish. I asked for a 4D spicy chicken sandwich meal (which is how I order it at any other McDonalds) and it sounded like she said “we don’t have those”. After going back forth with her, she didn’t understand because I didn’t call it McCrispy. Along with the language barrier in the drive through, which was super frustrating , there was a language barrier when I went inside to fix my order which resulted in them getting mad at me for not being able to understand them.

When we got our final receipt, despite going over the order on the drive through screen with her, we were charged for an extra large fry and given the incorrect item and then charged $2 more to fix my sandwich.
