I went today ordered to the drive thru order cheese burger and ask for buffalo sauce and when this old latina appearance employee brought me the food I ask for buffalo sause she open my bag and said they where out she didn’t wanted to go back and get it I know she was lying .she don’t want to run back get the sauce .you don’t ran out of sauces specially mc Donald poor service anyone who’s sees this review don’t go there awful service

Don’t come here on your lunch,Can’t ever get anything right, let 5 cars skip in the drive through line… made me pay for the wrong order then continued to give me the wrong sauce and now I don’t have time to finish my lunch

After 2 days on the road and bad customer service at every business, it was very nice to stop at McDonalds and receive such caring service and genuinely happy employees.

Monica the store manager told me my order I paid for on my app did not go through and timed out. I showed her my app showing it said paid and she said the order timed out it did not coming though and that I had to pay in store. At that time I told her no thank you since my app would not reload to see my orders. While I was checking my emails 2 hours later I had to drive back to McDonalds to show her it went through and now I want a refund. She refused to give me a refund even though she said she remembered me. She kept trying to tell me she can’t but can give me a gift card for $15 for there store only. As I told her I want my money back I don’t want it I want my refund. I want my money back. This is crazy service when I didn’t get my food when ordered and have to drive back for my refund that I didn’t get. MONICA has bad customer service skills as my refund should have been given to me since she told me from the get my order didn’t go through.

Can you guys actually reserve the drive up spots for people who have it? Every time I put curbside the spots are always taken by people who arent using it. Then I have to switch to drive thru and the people always cant find my order!!! Fix it!!!
