Me and my family loved coming here and have visited many time before with no problems until our latest visit. My Mother in-law requested to sample two chocolate yogurts she was denied under the pretense that they do not offer samples which we understood regretfully and discussed if we we were to leave or stay I believe the owner aggressively told us to return the cups to her saying they don't offer samples we reiterated that we knew she then raised her voice and extended her hand to return the cups (5 in total) insinuating that she was going to return the cups to the stack after our hands have been inside said cups we collected all but two cups that she already held of ours and promptly threw them away when she started to scream we all walked out and as the door closed cups were flying at the door and the woman was heard screaming profanities and throwing things over all it was a laughably horrible experience which also makes me wonder how many other items are not sanitary or up to health codes

Is this place ever open? Fourth time closed when hours say you are supposed to be open. 5 customers waiting at 1:15 at the front door. I hope you sell this store to someone who knows how to run a business and knows how to treat people

This place totally went downhill ever since the new owners took over.No free samples anymore, which is lame and just being cheap. Ended uo with a bowl of yogurt that tasted horrible. Staff is not friendly and toppings don't look fresh like they used too. Been going here for years with the family, we're officially done now.

I need fro-yo in my life because it's been extremely difficult day. Thank goodness Menchies was able to open back up after a slight pandemic aftermath break....business was looking bleak for a minute. Got my pineapple dole whip and vanilla swirl on. Topped it off with some Graham cracker crust. A couple of chocolate chips and maraschino cherries. Yummy in the tummy and soothes your soul....Quiet little shop with friendly cashier makes for a quick and easy stop. See you next time...ciao for now!

I'm so happy there is a froyo place nearby in Vallejo! We came here a few weeks ago but the Yelp page was closed at the time. After asking, the lady who was there said that they had just reopened. I was wondering if it was a Covid thing? But I am glad that they have reopened because I love froyo and it is starting to get hot so this place makes a great treat for the summers! They have all different flavors, but my favorite one is simply the original tart! But their flavors range from a bunch of fruity flavors to vanilla to cheesecake! There's so many kinds of froyo and you can do a mixed swirl option as well. They also have so many topping options from fresh fruit, to candy/chocolate sweets, popping boba, marshmallow cream, chocolate/caramel syrup, etc! The lady who helped us both times is so friendly and welcoming. Her positive attitude definitely affects my excitement in getting froyo!

Great time with my family there, the yogurt there is great. The employees are extremely kind to you and always can put a smile to my family's face. As this is a small shop that's not very popular, I will be coming here again (today).

Really delicious yogurt and friendly service. I love their cheesecake flavor when they have it, as well as their chocolate.They have been undergoing maintenance for the past month or two, which has been disappointing since they are the only yogurt place in the area. It says on the door they will be back on the 27th of January, but we'll see. I hope they reopen because they are a convenient option for yogurt in the Vallejo area.
This is my fourth time coming to this location during business hours and they're not open. There is clearly a sign on the door that says they are supposed to be open today the door is locked the lights are off and there's no one there. As I stated this has happened four times in a row at this location and I honestly don't even know how or why they are still in business!

If you go to any other location they change the no sugar added yogurt bi weekly. This place is so cheap they only ever stock the strawberry. I am guessing the bad reviews regarding rude employees and lack of stocking fresh items is why they are now closed. I wish they did a better job listening.

Been here dozens of times, but notice that my last few visits have not been so great. During my last visit, half the soft serve nozzles were not working, the one table in the store was left dirty and there was not even anyone in there when my daughter and I walked in. The toppings were at least well stalked, but didn't care for the large bucket of Nutella that was left open or the dry and stale mochi bites. Hoping that I can update my review for a better one, the next time we decide to come back.

Disappointed to the point of anger. Shockingly stingy portions at exorbitant prices. The quality and service is average and can be easily matched. If a business is going to charge more, it should be demonstrably better in some way. Menchies is not.

Delicious, fresh & every dollar spent adds up in rewards! Always clean, fully stocked & functioning when I come through. I'm hooked on their sorbet (nondairy) options, especially the dole pineapple flavor. The toppings area to fix your bowl up is conveniently set up & organized, they keep several fresh fruit available & it's easy to get carried away with all the options. Coconut flakes, graham cracker crust, cereals, strawberries, cheesecake bites, pearls, syrups, be sure to treat yourself! You walk in, veer left to grab a bowl (usually one size only).. then start dispensing your frozen yogurt or start at the toppings area & double back, the possibilities are endless & so very tasty. End back in the middle at the register where you weigh & pay. They offer lids, napkins & spoons at the register. Then you're off to savor your creation. Huge parking lot where you can find a close spot & walk to Menchies's. Be sure to ask about their rewards program & continue to treat yourself.
