Amazing place to drop in on Saturday mornings. Fabrice, the owner and roaster, is on hand to share his knowledge of coffee and charm you with his musical French accent. I am told French speakers are most welcome.

I like to enjoy the freshly made crepes and samples of the many origin coffees that Fabrice has available. I give it two thumbs up ??

This is the best place to go on a Saturday morning in the bay! It's literally at a coffee roasting factory. We saw live music, tasted a bunch of rare coffee, Wifey Had waffles that taste so good they didn't need syrup and met the owner for him to explain what goes into coffee roasting process. Great vibes low key spot in Vallejo, it's a gem ?☕

This is destination coffee. Moschetti stands with the best around. Even with all the great roasters around Northern California this place seems special.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a little slope and a bump at the cafe door threshold, but it is otherwise level and easy to get around.

Recommended dishes: Costa Rica, Guatemala Bella Carmona, House Blend

A friend that lives in Vallejo referred me to this business. I live in SoCal and am buying coffee beans and having shipped to my house. Huge selection of coffee to choose from and very consistent never seem to run out of anything. The prices are good for the quality of coffee. I use the reward points system they have, which in my case pays for the shipping. Top Notch businesss!

Moschetti Artisan Coffee Roasting Company - the BESTOne day while detouring through Vallejo, California, I stopped at a traffic light, and smelt the intoxicating smell of roasting coffee wafting into the car. I was in a hurry, and kept going, but about a mile away, discretion got the better of me, and I turned around to return to that smell and to locate its source. I could not have been more lucky to have made that decision! Meet Fabrice, the owner and purveyor of this great coffee that he personally takes a direct hand in making. Drip ground, expresso, and many other kinds and styles – see the website for more details. And, wait, there’s more… The coffee bags are one pound in every way, not like the partial pound weights that are now used by the likes of (I can hardly type the word), Starbucks, and also Peets Coffee. So sneaky to try to trick people into thinking that the prices have not gone up. I’m no coffee aficionado, but even I can tell the difference between Moschetti compared to the other brands and styes. Who’d ‘a-known??. Go, meet Fabrice, enjoy the ambiance of the place, and pay homage to one of the few entrepreneurs to brave the bay area bureaucracy and socialistic-style red tape designed, it seems, to deter businesses from starting up in the first place… So, congratulations to Moschetti’s, as they have bucked the trend, produce a superb (no, outstanding) coffee, and are a great example of perseverance in the face of adversity!Got to see them if you are in that area, if not, go buy their coffee via the internet website. I give you my word, you will NOT be disappointed! (I have no interest in this business, other than to tell you to go and try them out).

Huge selection of coffee roasts, and it’s fun to look over the high tech roasting equipment. Definitely worth visiting, tasting different coffees, and picking up some roasts for home or business.

Margarita Recoder

Great coffee and service.
