The Sumatra beans contribute earthy notes and thick syrupy mouthfeel, while the Kona coffee yields a mild and flavorful mid-palate, and the Kenya livens up the whole blend with a lemon zest acidity.

El Salvador
12oz Bourbon Pointu
A unique coffee varietal originally found on the Réunion Island in the Indian Ocean. The tree is a dwarf Bourbon varietal. It's named Pointu because of the way the beans themselves taper to a point. It's a low yield tree and it's naturally low in caffeine, 0.4% versus 1.2-1.6% for other arabica beans. Our beans came from La finca Nuova Granada in San Marcos Guatemala. The taste is sweet with a fruity and floral aroma reminiscent of plum, peach, figue and a hint of dark chocolate. Definitely worth your bucket list.

This is the best place to go on a Saturday morning in the bay! It's literally at a coffee roasting factory. We saw live music, tasted a bunch of rare coffee, Wifey Had waffles that taste so good they didn't need syrup and met the owner for him to explain what goes into coffee roasting process. Great vibes low key spot in Vallejo, it's a gem ?☕

This is destination coffee. Moschetti stands with the best around. Even with all the great roasters around Northern California this place seems special.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a little slope and a bump at the cafe door threshold, but it is otherwise level and easy to get around.
