I normally liked this mountain mike, but customer service this time was not acceptable. I ordered the cinnamon knots, and they were burnt and hard. After spending close to 50 dollars, I thought I would call and let them know. They made me feel like I was lying, so I sent a pic and then was told that's the way they are prepared and they hadn't received complaints before. Now, I normally would not have said anything, and because I spent so much money, I at least would have thought they would have credited me 6 dollars since I go to them regularly. Very disappointed

I had the buffet deal but be aware of this owner because he will purposely not make any pizza .I arrived at 11 and waited 46 minutes and then I asked him for a refund because he’s taking too long he gets upset. I what kind of buffet people have to ask constantly and even when another customer asked they still take 20 minutes.Don’t come here the owner is rude

Check your food before you drive home! The last 3 times I order here they mess it up. Ordered the cheeseburger pizza and they used the red sauce instead. Ordered a white sauce with chicken and bacon and they added tomatoes and tonight I order the white sauce again and they put pepperoni on it. Pizza is good but kids won't eat it when it have the wrong items on top so I have to order more food
Placed an online order with a contactless delivery as we're sick. Asked for extra of some things and received them no questions asked, hassle free. Pizza tasted great, got a nice little note on our box and a text letting us know where they left the pizza. Above and beyond, today! Thanks guys!

No kid games, not really anything for kids to do, TV’s are nice, plenty of seating, friendly staff, very clean inside, very good customer service which is hard to find in Vallejo.Parking: Free parking lot, parking is open space and close to building front door.

Was very respectful and reasonable under the circumstances they forgot one pizza but she was busy helping someone else while on the phone with me so they gave me a huge discount and a bigger pizza to compensate for the mistake thanks also it’s family owned and it was like home to meKid-friendliness: They have claw games for the kids tv for adults and kids
