Today was my first time visiting after living here for about a year. Unfortunately today being my last as I am going back to Santa Clara area. The pizza is Extremely yummy! And the customer service is even better. I had ordered a medium pizza and was accidentally given a small so I kindly told the server about the situation and immediately the entire staff tried to help. I was given my original pizza and also was allowed to keep the one they gave me by mistake! Its not often you find a place with amazing food and amazing customer service. The seating was also very nice, seemed very calming and slightly dim. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

I've been going here for 13 years, and in the last few months have given them soo many opportunities to do better . I've talked to the owner, I've talked to managers , not asked for any comps except for this last time. But enough is enough. I understand how hard it is to get people to have the same love and craftsmanship as you do, I also understand there's a learning curve for new employees, but you also have to take into consideration your customers money time energy choosing to come to you. And as a business owner you owe it to your customers to do quality control . This is the new STANDARD of quality and consistency of Napoli . And I'm over it . It was nice enjoying you all these years but now it's just disappointment after disappointment. Thank but no thanks.

The calzone I got was delicious, and employees were courteous. The only thing I criticism I have is that when I arrived at the designated time, my order hadn't been started yet. So the wait time was longer than I would have liked.

Local Pizzeria vs. FranchiseThe winner Franchise!!!!!After speaking with Anthony the owner we can assure all that there practice in charging when substituting pizza sauce due to an allergy is within there right.This for our family we don’t respect.Over this past weekend we did try domino’s pizza(it’s been so long) they did not charge us for our son’s allergy(to substitute the sauce) and to be honest their pizza was up to par with Napolis. It’s unfortunate that we were directed to a franchise. Yet we are thankful.Domino’s Pizza!!!Give it a try download the dominos app and place your order before your next Napoli’s order!!

The best pizza in Vallejo. My favorite is the Tony's special. I also love mixing the pesto and red sauce. Everything is made fresh. You can tell they take pride in their craft. Making wuality pizzas for people to enjoy.

After 25 years in SF .... I went through a culinary mourning period relocating to Vallejo..... WITH THE EXCEPTION of Napoli Pizzeria..... exceptional pizza.... friendly staff....... I probably get 2 pizza's a month on average.... NEVER... EVER ... disappoints...... Napoli you do us proud!!!!!

It's been over a decade since I've been to Napoli but when I knew I was going to be in California, this was the place I wanted to visit. It was a hard decision knowing that I wouldn't be back for many years and I could only stuff myself with one thing. I got the Spaghetti and meatballs and it did not disappoint. Tender meatballs with a good sauce and pasta. Service was great, you just cant go wrong with this place.

Best Italian food I've ever had, hands down! The raviolis are hand-made, the Caesar salad is the best I've ever had, and that's just my two favorite dishes! I haven't run into anything that I haven't loved and they are more than willing to make customizations, which is great if you have allergies. I come here as often as I can! One time I got held up picking up my order and arrived a minute after closing time. Most places would have thrown away my food, but I called ahead and they were so kind to let me in to get my food. All the staff here are very friendly and very accommodating.Vegetarian options: There are a bunch of options that offer plenty of cheese (so not vegan, only vegetarian), but NO meat. Their cheese tortellini is my second favorite dish, after their beef ravioli! Everything is pretty customizable.Dietary restrictions: Not good for gluten allergy / celiacs as there is gluten in most items. But they don't over-salt their dishes (I can't have salt). Also they don't add pepper to EVERYTHING – which I find to be a very common US American way of lazily adding "flavor" to a dish (plus I'm allergic to it). Again, most everything is customizable and you can even "create your own" calzones and pizzas.Parking: Parking lot right next door is free and often has available spots. The one disabled parking spot is also often free.Kid-friendliness: They are also very kind to kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Disabled parking is in the front of the parking lot next door (one spot, though it's often free). The parking lot is a little bumpy, but it could probably still be wheeled over and to the front door of the restaurant (depending on one's arm strength). I haven't used a wheelchair at this place yet, but I'm sure the staff would help open the front door if they saw me (I didn't see any automatic doors).

Mar.19,2024 will be my last “maybe next time it will be better “ because it hasn’t gotten better over the 30plus yrs I’ve been coming to the Vallejo restaurant. Some nights it great some nights it ok but tonight was the last I’ll risk gambling with my hard earned money. Thanks for the memories, best of luck. Consistency is everything and the pizza’s aren’t always that consistent!!
