There are a ton of Filipino eateries in Vallejo but this one is my dad’s favorite. They have military/veteran discount all the time and I think Tuesdays are senior citizen discount days. They always have tons of options and give you huge portions! You can also order ahead for parties and it’s always pretty busy! Their bbq on a stick is good, I like their ensalada, and you can always ask for sabaw (soup).

I’ve never been here. I actually thought this was another eatery I was familiar with but it’s not it. Anyways, the place is ok. There is a huge parking lot and lots of seating if you want to dine in.

There’s lots of main dishes to choose from and some sides. You can order the food as combos. I went for the BBQ pork skewers, pinakbet (veggie mix) and rice. I really liked the flavor of the BBQ however, the meat was chewy (like it’s a day old). It wasn’t fresh. The pinakbet was really good though. Tasted like how we cook it at home. Maybe next time the BBQ will be fresh.

All the food looked really good but of course I couldn’t try too many since we were just out for work lunch. There were a few people in line but it moved quickly. The staff were really friendly.

The restaurant needs more decorations. Restaurant was plain and looked like a cafeteria. Overall experience was alright. Could be better.

1st time we ate was 3 weeks ago… server was in a bad mood. I ordered take out from the deep fried area… she told me in a sarcastic way that 1/4 is the least amount of order… she was askin me to go over take the costumer ahead of me… WHAT IF WHAT I WANT WAS IN THE AREA I WILL MISS??? Isn’t it kinda impolite to go ahead of the person in front??? Say it with grace pls. You are with service!

Today again, my 2nd time… the cashier/ server was making nasty comments to the client behind me… asking him to focus on his orders…. This time I called the manager…I would pls. Talk to the owner… The facial expressions & uncalled for comments are very important to service.
The client ahead of me made a side comment as he was leaving. “They are really rude here”.
Thank you.

It is cafeteria style, so armosphere is nothing fancy. Go early for a good selection. I have been told that the food is as good as anything you will find in the Philippines. The halo halo is great. By evening, your choices can be very limited.

Very slow in Service just to get food and very slow also when paying at the counter 25 to 30 minutes before you can eat

This is a casual Filipino eatery offering different kinds of Filipino dishes such as lechon kawali, sisig, barbecue, and many others. Fast or slow service depending on the time of the day or what day. Plenty of tables for dine-in, and located next to Bulacan Bakery, Island Pacific Supermarket, and many others establishments.

Service was great. Food was mostly good. Don't order the fried fish that's on the counter. It's not that they're changing the bin, it's that it's been sitting out cold on the counter all day! Unsafe. Got fish that was room temp.

Food was good but the server was not super rude and zero customer service at all. Lady started to yell and everything at me it’s crazy how that goes when a company is trying to make money. The lady on the pic was the one was yelling at me when I am trying to take my order.

Not a fan of throwing food away but I threw away an order of lumpia. You would think for a Filipino restaurant the lumpia would be crispy and hot but I was treated to a soggy and cold Lumpia. The fried chicken skin was peculiar but the saving grace as it was fried perfectly and went well with rice which was a huge portion. The Bicol express was not a bit spicy nor did it have a good base of coconut soup or seasoning. Chicken skewers had a jerky consistency to it. The bangus sisig was actually pretty good in their seasoning but was too mushy. I gotta give it to them they have a vast amount of ready made Filipino food so they can’t over see everything but at least get the lumpia crispy.
