When I walked in, the restaurant is very clean and I can smell the delicoous pho broth. Menu has lots of options to pick from. Different meat and non meat selections. The spring rolls had thick cut pork and shrimps unlike other places. It’s refreshing along with the cream peanut dipping sauce (perfect balance of hoisin and peanut sauce). The shrimp wontons was crispy and delicious. The bún thịt nướng was tasty. The beef was flavorful and the egg rolls adds a crunch of eat bite. The pho broth was clear, bowl filled with meat and my noodles were not over cooked. Served with basil and bean sprouts. The Vietnamese coffee was refreshing and has good balance of condense milk. Staffs were nice. Will definitely come back again

Pho is consistent with broth that is flavorful. Service is non-existent. Servers must feel entitled to a tip nowadays. I always see staff more on their phones rather than checking up on customers. I might have to start looking elsewhere very soon. Fresh spring rolls weren't really fresh. The ends of the wraps were hard and dried, which tells me they were made a very long time ago.
I make a weekly visit to Pho #1 with my sister. It is our go to neighborhood Vietnamese restaurant for pho like our mom makes. Quick and great service.
Amazing food, kind service and absolutely delicious
The meat of number 53 is like rubber and dry. The waiters forget our orders frequently. Besides that it’s visually looks good
Pho #1? They do not honor its name …
Food, not bad but no good at all.
When choosing food places, photos and presentation is important, but taste and service is what keeps people coming back.
1st visit was alright and I have them a 2nd try.
I’ve tried both the pho and the bún bò Huế. While the broths have enough salt, they lack depth of flavor, tasting more like salt and bouillon than a slow-cooked broth made from meat and bones.
Service is okay, but I’d appreciate a bit more time to look over the menu before ordering. Both times I visited, I was asked for my order within a minute of sitting down.
The most disappointing part of my experience was being charged $3 for a small side of cabbage for my bún bò Huế. That’s roughly the cost of an entire cabbage at the store, which seems excessive. I understand charging for extra meat, noodles, or broth, but that price for a simple vegetable side feels unreasonable.

Extremely fast serving speed. Good service with good taste, definitely recommend!
Not sure if this place is under new management but the workers were all new faces to us. Our last lunch here was a terrible experience. We had ordered soup and fried rice but never came. After we noticed 3 customers, who came after us, had received their orders, we had to follow up with the staff. The guy just said I don’t know and he just puts in the order and the kitchen makes it. Obviously, our order was missed. This has never happened before, but as I mentioned, the staff looked new to us. Maybe they’re still working on their ordering process. Food was still good. The portion of the fried rice is less from our past visits but otherwise, taste the same.
Our go to for Pho and Garlic Noodles.
Food is awesome. Service is fast
Fast service and the Pho is delicious, and the restauraunt is clean with considerate employees who will space out the tables between parties.
