I have only been able to come here one time in the last 5 years because they are closed seemingly every Tuesday consistently when I want to go so I end up going to Fairfield.

It is too bad that American canyon doesn't have another Vietnamese place open consistently daily.

Other options like pho hua do not have consistently good quality.

Pho and rolls. Rolls were good. The pho, May be one of the worst I've had. No flavor, 3 pieces of small chicken. Disappointed to drive 20 min.

The absolutely worse spring rolls I've ever eaten. I told them three times no meat and no mint please only shrimp. When I received my spring rolls meat was in all the rolls as well as only a few noodles inside. Very bad quality tasted disgusting. Customer service was very rude as well. Do not eat here. Hey girl I was leaving a food review.

Pho Huong Viet is a modest vietnamese pho place in Vallejo. They are located in a midsize plaza.

I had a Vermicelli grilled bbq chicken and lemonade. Food was warm, tasty and delicious. Drink was refreshing. Prices were very reasonably inexpensive.
Collectively, this is a good Pho place. I am glad I was brought here by relatives.
Overall, I recommend this Pho.

I love getting the beef stew here with a baguette. It's taken me awhile to find a place that has yummy beef stew. I had trouble finding a good enough place when I lived in SF and Oakland, and didn't think that when I moved to Vallejo that I would even be so lucky, but I was wrong! This place and this dish is my jam.

Delicious food! I was happy to find this place while on vacation visiting family, I had their egg rolls and steak pho both were great. The egg rolls are some of the best I've had I williss them when I go back home
