Pho Huong Viet is a modest vietnamese pho place in Vallejo. They are located in a midsize plaza.

I had a Vermicelli grilled bbq chicken and lemonade. Food was warm, tasty and delicious. Drink was refreshing. Prices were very reasonably inexpensive.
Collectively, this is a good Pho place. I am glad I was brought here by relatives.
Overall, I recommend this Pho.

I love getting the beef stew here with a baguette. It's taken me awhile to find a place that has yummy beef stew. I had trouble finding a good enough place when I lived in SF and Oakland, and didn't think that when I moved to Vallejo that I would even be so lucky, but I was wrong! This place and this dish is my jam.

Delicious food! I was happy to find this place while on vacation visiting family, I had their egg rolls and steak pho both were great. The egg rolls are some of the best I've had I williss them when I go back home

Awesome customer service, thai basil chicken ordered 🔥 loved the heat level, as well as eggplant w beef, oh and freshly prepped papaya salad 🔥...tasty prepared with heart.. wish I wasn't moving.. but will def visit when I visit CA 😋 ☺️🫡

Stopped by here for my first time as I was working in the area today. I work all over Northern California and eat phő In as many places as I possibly can

I ordered the number eight and was not disappointed. The tendon was cooked perfectly and melted in your mouth and the broth was one of the best that I've ever had. Definitely in the top five of all time. They don't skip on the herbs and bean sprouts either. In terms of the tendon, it is surprising how many other restaurants will serve tendon that is hard and unpleasant to eat.

The service here was fast, attentive (my water was filled consistently right before I ran out).

The atmosphere is exactly what you would expect out of a hole in the wall Vietnamese restaurant and I love that.

Do yourself a favor and try the chili oil/chili crisp. It is mildly spicy and has what I think is a bit of lemongrass in the background which is a nice touch if you add it to your soup.

I highly recommend you at least try the phő. I can't speak for any of the other dishes on the menu, but if they as well executed as the phő, you can't go wrong!

Great quality food went there 2 days in a row. Great service as well food tasted really good give it a try you won’t be disappointed. I got the grilled pork with a fried egg, egg roll, shrimp cake, & I added grilled shrimp.

This place is delicious and serves authentic Vietnamese food! The service is great, and the staff are so kind and friendly. It’s a true mom and pop shop and feels nostalgic as they even play some Viet folk music in the background. Highly recommend the Viet iced coffee!

I've been to nearly all of the Pho Lee Hoa Phats. I have visited many Pho shops in the Bay Area. And every time I cannot think of a better place to dine than this. It has been almost over 7 years and I truly cannot think of a better Pho dining experience than this one. If it were possible to give it six stars I would. It has the best food, the best service, and the best prices.
