ordered the filet mignon pho and did not get filet mignon. I went up to pay for it and I just informed the cashier, who is also probably the owner and immediately she makes it sound as if I'm blaming the restaurant and going off on them. so she basically rushed me, like okay I got your point with an attitude. I almost forgot to tip just because of how annoyed I felt, but then I turned around and when I dropped in my tip she was like all right, I know. I'm like I didn't say anything

Usually good but went for a large chicken pho today and the chicken wasn’t fully cooked. Should be careful. Someone could get sick.

Just entered told me i couldn’t bring a dog in unless it was a service dog. Was the only customer in there & there was a group of workers sitting down just looking at me. Rude service didn’t have an appetite anymore because of this. My dog is well trained does not bark at all & is wee small.

The lady there is mean. I ordered online she assumed I was a door dash employee when I was get my call in order. I told her my name she then wanted my phone to look at the name. I think she was embarrassed.

Very good! Stopped in after a movie. The service was impeccable! It was my first time eating at this location and as soon as we walked in, they made you feel like they have known you forever or that we were regulars. I noticed that some regulars who walked in, they already knew what they were going to order and were greeted exceptionally well. The food of course matched the service. Was very good. Fresh and flavorful! I would go again for sure and recommend you eating there. Well done!
