“I recently ordered from this Pizza Hut location and was extremely disappointed. The pizza I received was cold and seemed like it had been sitting out for a while. I was told it would be made fresh, but that wasn’t the case at all. Very disappointing experience, and I hope they can improve their service in the future.”

Rude workers laughed at me on the phone when I asked about a matcha pizza I heard about I understand not everyone knows about it but to laugh and get other coworkers in on it to laugh and to make you feel stupid and uncomfortable is very unprofessional.... I'd higher a different night crew that isn't as rude on the phone.

I wanna start this off with saying I had high hopes for Pizza Hut as I remember it being good pizza though it’s on the pricy side. “No one out pizzas the hut” is a bold faced lie. Pizza guys is my usual spot, but I decided to try Pizza Hut because I’ve been seeing it all over social media. My fault for believing paid ads were authentic. Not only was our food cold when we picked it up, the bags were soaked in grease, I asked for light sauce on the pizza and they took that as “no sauce” because it felt like I was eating cardboard and cheese. I paid $37 for pizza, cheese sticks, bread sticks, asked for extra ranch thinking it was house made like it used to be but instead you get these little cups that you could pickup at any fast food place. I had to get Wingstop ranch to make the food edible. There was no flavor. The food looks better than it tasted. Will never be returning. PIZZA GUYS ON TOP. DO NOT GO HERE.

Waited over 40 minutes for delivery with the app tracker saying my pizza was supposed to be delivered at 1:23. Called the store and it said their phone was disconnected. Called again and connected with call center that told me my food was delayed but it would arrive around 2:54. Still no one showed around 3:20 so call back and the store is now answering their phone and saying they canceled my order and said they called me right after I placed to tell me they didn’t accept my payment method (cash, which is offered on website). I had no voicemail of this call and all the guy working at the store could say is that he called and what do I want to do. I called them at least 3 times and either got phone disconnected or call center who the guy on the phone said call center doesn’t know about the orders. So someone who can’t tell me my order is canceled due to payment is answering the phone. why not leave a voicemail with a number that doesn’t tell customers it’s disconnected so your customers aren’t waiting for a pizza that will never show

Ordered for delivery at 10:50pm on December 23rd, order was supposed to be here at 11:15pm.

I was waiting outside for the delivery driver to come but he never showed. I went back inside and was waiting on the tracker/order page and it was marked as complete so I went to check again, no order. No phone calls, text, or anything. Called the store 5 times to make an adjustment to the order, no answer.
Then called 3 times at 12:02am, 12:05am, and 12:09am and their phone was disconnected since the location was closed.

The money was taken out of my bank but I never received anything. Considering I spent over $30 and included a driver tip, I could've atleast gotten my call answered.

I'm a former employee/manager (4+ months ago) and I'm not sure who's running the store now but they need to pick it up. I'll be going in tomorrow to get my money back then maybe stop at Domino's. 😀
