"My experience at your establishment was deeply unsatisfactory.

After adhering to the established queuing system for fifteen minutes, a party that arrived subsequently was seated ahead of us via an alternative entrance.

When this discrepancy was brought to the attention of your staff, the response provided, 'Oh, I thought you had four,' was perceived as dismissive and failed to address the fundamental issue of equitable service. We heard her whisper to them go to the other door.

This incident demonstrated a clear disregard for the established order and the time invested by patrons.

Consequently, we chose to depart. This experience has left a significant negative impression, and I felt it necessary to communicate my serious dissatisfaction with the service provided."

Great vibes. Great food. Wonderful Service. I was able to get free refills for my drip coffee, so it made for a great hangout / study spot, indoors or outdoors if the weather permits.

Provisions’ atmosphere is awesome. They’ve always had good coffee/good baristas. They’ve always had vegan options & recently added more.

Amazing breakfast and lunch food! A great Vallejo gem. Pastries and atmosphere are amazing. Woman owned business that offers health care and matching 401k. Solid small business.

I was on a date. The company was good and the food and service was good. The downside was the noise. I could still hear my date but wish for a quieter space. People can speak so loudly.

Went for Spanish dinner night, had house made sausage and large white beans which was excellent! Cocktails were great too.

A bit crowded and busy inside, but a beautiful place for sitting outside when the weather is nice. The lunch menu is limited, but the food is always good. There is a decent selection of beer on-tap. On street parking available in all directions.

Everything was so good. Chicken and waffles were crispy and delicious, great vegan options for a friend who dined with us, and we all loved the coffee selection! My sister and I had mochas with banana added and it was some of the best coffee I’ve had! Only thing I’m upset about is that I didn’t try this place earlier!

Very beautiful Restaurant in Downtown Vallejo. I had won a free Valentines Dinner for 2. The food is delicious. Alot of Love & care in every dish. I look forward to eating there in the future. The Owner Nicole is a Sweetheart. It was so nice to meet her Friday. The place was packed on Valentines Day.

I have been MEANING to cross this off my list for a hot minute and I am glad to say I finally did (although I am trying to cross off their breakfast menu soon).
Came in on a sunny Saturday and decided to take mom on a mother-daughter date.
We started off with the cheese curds and truffle Parmesan fries. Ordered the chicken tinga tostadas - so tender and flavorful. Love the slaw and the texture it gives to the dish, especially with the crunch of the tostadas. You know something is good when it drops just a little bit of juice when you take a bite.
My mom ordered the tuna melt and it was huge - honestly the portion sizes are so good that you can honestly share and order a bunch of items on the list. My mom said she enjoyed it and her only feedback is if there could be a side of arugula or microgreens to the dish, but really no complaints.
Provisions offers both indoor and outdoor seating, brunch, lunch and dinner offerings and a bar a dessert station.

We came back later in the month and had breakfast with my sister and mom and the food was great. All the tables were full - both indoors and outdoors and it shows that it really is the place to be. The spot feels like a little community.

Wow! I used to come here for lunch quite often before Covid and really enjoyed it. What a surprise today when I returned after nearly 2 years away. The place was rocking! We had to park a block away. Loved the outside seating. The transition from the curb to the street was done very well. We sat at a quaint table for 2. Breakfast for 2 with a draft beer for only $40! The Chilaquiles were done perfectly. Yummy! Congrats Niclole. You are killing it!

January 2025 - Still love this place. Brought our new puppy Bode with us for lunch. The beets and avacodo starter was fabulous. We split a burger and it was cooked to perfection! Bode was well behaved and we had a wonderful time. Way to go Provisions team!
