Had the tonkotsu ramen. It had a really good, rich flavor, and the pork was melt in your mouth, soooo good. Highly recommend!

I mostly did carry out while vacationing in Vallejo but place is very nice, ramen was AMAZING, every ingredient in it is tasty and I do love it with an extra boiled egg, def should try if you go to Vallejo! (That’s Tonkotsu btw)

My family and I recently relocated from Silicon Valley to Vallejo, and finding a good ramen spot nearby has been a challenge. We came across this place, and although the low rating initially made me hesitant, I decided to dig deeper. After reading the one-star reviews, I realized many of them were related to an employee and didn’t seem to reflect the quality of the food or service.
So, I decided to give it a chance and brought my family along. I’m not going to lie—this place is a gem for Vallejo! The food was absolutely delicious, and we left completely satisfied.
Don’t let any negative reviews about Brandon deter you. Give this place a try—you won’t be disappointed!

I got it delivered, so I can only a test to the food. I got the fried Gyoza , the short ribs and black garlic Ramen. The gyoza were beautifully crisp and flavorful. The Kalbi short ribs are tasty and beyond tender. The black garlic ramen is flavorful and incredibly hearty. I am not sure who Brandon was or why he was fired, but I definitely recommend this restaurant.
