Ah the quality of red lobster has maintained its level over the years. Its a nice and accessible seafood treat for anytime you're in the US. We had a boiled bag with lobster, crab legs and shrimp. It was delicious.

They're trying to revive Red Lobster. High prices mediocre food. Not a good price to value. If you're in an area with limited choices then give them a chance. But, if you are in a city with lots of their choices try something else. Spent $100 with tip and no drinks not even soda or tea.

They food was trash, the asparagus wasn't done I feel like they put this topping with tuna when it's supposed to be crab, it don't taste the same from the biscuits every was trash

Place was dark, but we were lucky to get request a booth with a beautiful view of the mountains. After being seated, we placed our order and the waitress was apparently at a computer looking at the internet. She was so distracted that she forgot about us and our food sat under the headlamps too long. Asparagus and Orzo rice were way too dry. Not even edible. She said she was going to give us a discount which never happened and she tried to give us a bag of biscuits to make up for it. Nevertheless, the meal was not worth it. Thank goodness we paid most of it from a gift card.

We have never been to a red lobster before so we took the whole family. The hostess was very nice and there was no wait, so we were seated right away. We then sat for 23 minutes without anyone acknowledging we were there. Other guests that were seated after us had received their waters, drinks and salads. We assumed there was a misunderstanding about whose area we were in so I spoke to the host and she said she would let him know. He still avoided us, so we got up and left. If you are going to spend hundreds of dollars at a restaurant, someone should say hello at least. Stay away from this place and probably this franchise.

My waiter was professional and polite. Service was much faster than before. There was only a very short waiter for seating 💺
