Don't believe the bad reviews, just got out of the place and it was flawless. Took em only 15 minuites to get me my food. Had a lobster and steak meal. Tasted great and followed to my specifications to a T. Waitress working there, never caught her name but she should be the poster child for a food related services. Fast, Efficient and So damn nice.

Had a wonderful dining experience at the Vallejo location. Every employee my husband and I had the pleasure of meeting was super friendly, the manager on duty was a lovely young lady who came out and answered all our questions. We will definitely be back to see the bar tender Denise as well, good drinks and even better conversation!
Our food was cooked just to our liking, we sent our compliments to the chef(s)! Came in on a Wednesday for the steak and lobster special, thinking about coming back on a Tuesday for the crab..yum!
Can’t wait to see who we meet next time…Thanks Vallejo Red Lobster for exceeding our expectations! We haven’t been to this location in years, so glad we came by!

For all the times that I've eaten at Red Lobster I never had a bad meal. We tried the seafood boil and it was good. We've seen the post of the entry of this item and was skeptical but once we learned that the new CEO listened to his customers good or bad we had to try. We know this isn't a tradition seafood boil place it it was flavorful.
Our server was polite and pleasant but I did not like the fact that he reached over my food and me to serve others on the other side of the table. It just bothers me to the core. He could have walked around to serve the others.
As you walk into the establishment you can smell the stench of the bathroom and it have notice this each time I've walked in. My daughter thought it was the tank of lobsters. Now how does that sound. All i can positivity say is the food was good. Please address/correct the others mention especially the bathroom PLEASE! Could just be a ventilation problem.

We went here for my birthday tonight and Crystal was our server and she was amazing!!! She is so so sweet and she really made the end of my birthday with a cherry on top. She has great service and is so sweet and nice, love you girl!!!

Our server was super friendly and attentive. Made sure to ask clarifying questions to ensure our order was correct and to our liking.

Our waitress/server Crystal Bell was awesome. She has a great attitude. She kept asking our table if we needed anything else. The food was delicious, but Miss Crystal made our visit very pleasant. You need more people like Crystal at red lobster she needs to train the people at the Pittsburg red lobster to have the same attitude that she has. She is awesome. I would definitely come to the Vallejo red lobster before I would go to the Pittsburgh red lobster and I live in Pittsburgh. Thank you again Miss Crystal for the wonderful dinner and pleasant attitude. Have a blessed day.

Restaurantji Recommends
First, when my granddaughter and I walked into the establishment, the staff looked at us like we had extra heads growing out of our foreheads for several seconds before addressing us. Our server spilled my water all over our table as he took our order for food and drinks. Then he proceeded to ignore my repeated requests for another glass water. I eventually had to walk to the bar to get it myself. Mind you, I spent close to $150 on 2 people. Never again!

I visited Vallejo Red Lobster 10-19 at 6:20 pm . I was seated right away and greeted by Crystal that she would be with us shortly. (she has amazing energy) There was another table that was seated after us being taken care of by another server. Also Crystal was handling a table who had ordered food before us, she apologized for the delay in their food coming . I noticed because a young boy was anxious about his food coming and the time left before 7:00. She then took our order after apologizing to us for the delay. Crystal kept saying things were backed up and she apologized again to the family with the young boy - finally, the food came for the family with the young boy, but I noticed that the table that was seated after us were served food before both of Crystal‘s tables. While Crystal serve the table with the young boy. Meanwhile our food came out and was placed on the table next to us. I felt that was odd because instead of them just giving it to us, It was placed opposite of us. Once again, Crystal apologized to us not sure what happened and why our food wasn’t placed at our table . Employees like Crystal should be applauded and awarded for being able to maintain their composure, even after being completely overwhelmed with tables, being backed up in food, not being given in a timely manner. As a form of restaurant owner, she exemplifies what true professionals are. She is an asset to a company like red lobster who is trying to gain the public trust back and I hope you guys realize this.
