Rip Off!This is nonsense Red Ribbon, 1/4" deep palabok "family meal" how do you expect a family to eat this, 1/4" deep palabok - you don't have that in the Philippines "don't rip off people"Fix it, don't be like Jollibee cheating people - cutting chicken thigh in 2 pcs /soaking it in breading selling it as one pc, or chicken breast cutting it in 4pcs selling 1/4 chicken breast selling it as one pc... .it's cheating, not good business practice "it's scamming - corporate GREED", we're in the U.S. at least uphold standard - the food here is cheap, don't cheat people

My boyfriend asked for a Halo cup at 3:15 PM on 6/22/23 and the cashier said "we're all out" immediately, but when I said "so what are the ones the lady in the back are making?" referring to the worker scooping out of a completely full tub of ice cream. The cashier stuttered & clearly didn't expect to get caught in her lie. She then goes "those were the last ones." I didnt want to argue since she already was rude so i left it at that. Ridiculous, maybe it's discriminatory since we were the only non-Filipinos in there, since she seemed nicer to those but was rude to us and wouldn't even look us in the eye. Read a review here that said their Black partner was discriminated. Makes sense. Super disappointed because I was excited to try this place. Shame on you.

we bought this mamon that comes in a plastic package of several pieces on June 15, 2023. My grandson and granddaughter found MOLD yesterday/June 17, which I initially didn't know about. when I was about to open one this morning/June 18, I noticed a black spot (mold)!!! Please see the PICTURES I posted. When I warned everyone at home that's when I learned that they also saw mold with the rest of the plastic package. How could Red Ribbon sell products that will soon expire to an innocent consumer? Your safety standards with the COUNTY or CITY of VALLEJO must be reviewed and strictly penalized for doing this. Not only for adults eating this but more delicately for the minors who eat your so-called bakery products. SHAME ON YIU RED RIBBON

I recently tried empanadas for the first time from this bakeshop, and I also purchased their Mango Nirvana cake. The cake was absolutely perfect, and the empanadas were delicious. The bakeshop has a spacious sitting area, and the staff provided quick and efficient service.

Somehow, there's always a line here. I've never actually had any of the hot food on the menu because I'm such a s***** for their baked goods. Being that my stepmom, and now my boyfriend are both Filipino I have been introduced to Filipino snacks, and goodies and I am becoming obsessed. They are not cheap, a 6 pack of mango bars and 6 pack of mamon together will run you about $30 now, but they're always so fresh and moist, and the mango bars have real mango chunks in them and are so flavorful. All of the flavors of the mamon are good but the Ube is the clear front runner for me, followed by the mocha. I'm hooked!! Got to slow down before i go diabetic. I even checked if they ship to Florida because we were celebrating the holidays in the Bay Area. (They do not, lol)In a way I'm glad bc i don't need all the sugar! But damn, can't wait to go back!

Everything they serve there is pretty good. It's just the location that sucks.

This is an AMAZING restaurant/bakery. Their menu may be small, but the food is absolutely incredible. The taste is fresh and all the items are hot. Their bakery has many options, and all the pastries are delicious. All in all, this is definitely an amazing place, and a regular stop for me.

I come here once in a while to satisfy my sweet tooth. I had a brownie and cheesy ensaimada. They both tasted great. However, the customer service needs improvement. They should acknowledge everyone that comes in instead of the customer making the effort to grab their attention.

Halo halo its just ice and milk but the halo is like just a teaspoon of everything… ??? I will not recommend this… just a waste of money if you buy their halo halo…

With all the craziness going on, it is such a delight to know that the hospitality at Red Ribbon Bakeshop has not changed. The employees here are always so nice & friendly. Came in last minute to order a cake for that night. & it was so nice to have the cake & custom message done within 10 minutes. Not to mention that when we enjoyed the cake later that evening it was so moist & tasty. Everyone could not stop talking about the cake. Thank you so much Red Ribbon!
