Inconsistent when busy. Overall they are pretty good but if its busy you barely get any pearls. I also feel like they switched matcha grade because its now chalky and not vibrant.

Parking: Difficult to find parking in front. I recommend parking around the corner in front of the main strip of stores and walking.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible. Might have difficulty finding parking nearby. Bathroom is for employees only.

I can’t give this place a good review after the service I experienced today. They need more staff here and need to bring out orders more quickly. My drink was sitting on the counter for a long time until the worker finally called my number. Terrible service and probably won’t be coming back, also they don’t take cash!

I used to really like this place. I liked the products. I've always ordered in bulk as well. Today I stopped by to pick up my orders, and I asked if I could use the restroom really bad. Like, really bad. I was told the restroom is only for employees use only. I was asked to walk to the next store over to use a restroom. Lack of common sense and consideration I guess. Employees here suck with service and again, lack of common sense I'll bring my business somewhere else.

First time coming to this sharetea location \\u0026 it's cute or whatever. They have a BUNCH of people working at a time even when it's super slow so you know you'll be well taken care. The location is a bit off because it's located at the very corner of the plaza hidden, but on the inside is really cute. Prices are average \\u0026 the decor is cute, clean \\u0026 right now, festive. Definitely a nice place to hangout and gives off the \\\"Starbucks\\\" vibe. However, I'm not sure there is WiFi available here so that would be a nice touch. Do I prefer them over quickly? Ehh I'll crave one over the other most days but it's still a nice place to go.

I visited Sharetea today 5/22/22, and was told that no inside orders was being taken due to WIFI Problems. After trying for about 15 mins to put in my order another costumer came and told that they were taken orders. The worker should have come let us know we could order.
