I LOVE LOVE LOVE Simple Thai. I'm willing to drive from Fairfield to Vallejo to dine here. I've never been disappointed in any dish I've ordered. You can feel the love put into all their food. It's truly family run and feels like nostalgia. The staff have the gift of remembering all their patrons. Everyone should support this business.

Sometimes the wait can be long but the food is worth it.

In Vallejo, staying at an RV park and needed dinner. Door dash had this place close by and I ordered for pick-up(wasn't sure it would get delivered to an RV site). The Food was good, the Crab Fried Rice was tasty. Small place, not fancy, but the kid who got my food was very nice. If you are in Vallejo, CA, give them a try.

I had lunch. Restaurant is clean and food are tasteful. I ate thai papaya salad, seafood mix and crab fried rice that has lot of crab meat! Seafood is so good. they cooked it in correct heat. So, shells and squids are not to hard to chew. Overall satisfied and will come back with my family!✨
