I usually get the egg, pesto and mozzarella sandwich. The last time I got it there was no mozzarella in it which totally ruined the sandwich. I went all the way back and told them there was no mozzarella. They apologized and gave me another one. That one barely had any in it at all. Why didn't they check the replacement one? The next time I came I mentioned what happened and was told they don't make the sandwiches. Maybe they should check what they are selling to customers. Unacceptable.

Placed a mobile order on 12/20/25 (Receipt #66406496) at 5:59 AM, with the app showing it would be ready by 6:04. I arrived around 6:10 and was surprised to find my order wasn’t ready. I asked the barista and showed my mobile order to confirm I was at the correct store she said yes but didn’t bother to check on it.

After waiting another 10 minutes, I asked again. The barista, who was training someone, responded rudely and told me to “wait a minute,” even though I had been standing there for about 20 minutes already. Eventually, I asked another barista to check, and he discovered my drinks had been sitting by the drive-thru window the whole time instead of at the mobile pickup area.

By then, my drinks were no longer hot, and I was nearly late to my appointment after waiting almost 30 minutes. Very disappointing experience especially when all it takes is a bit of attention and care to do the job properly.

Ordered two extra hot drinks, NO SLEEVES. There was 7 people on shift this morning 12/14 @ 8:15am and not a single person greeted us. We had a mobile order and my husband went in to get it and no one greeted him either. I went in there and had to tell the crew that hot drinks require sleeves. They all looked dumbfounded. Someone come retrain this store. Shouldn’t have so many people on shift and not a single one knows what’s going on. Plus the customer area was filthy.

Love this Starbucks the lines are usually pretty long, but they move really fast in the mornings and the ladies are always super friendly at the drive-through window, especially Teresa and Clarese!

Not sure what’s up with this worker but everytime I come here this one lady (not sure what’s her name is) is always so rude and messes up my order purposely.

I see my original reviews has been taken down.
I used to go here every morning for two years. The only thing you need to do to save the business is keep the homeless out of the stores. The worst part is having to ask a barista for cream and then having them ask me how much? I had to ask because the homeless were drinking all the condiments. That got old and I just stopped going.
I'm glad you have a new policy regarding the bathrooms.
We all know it cost next to nothing to make a mocha? Six dollars!?!

Fast service and online orders as ready on time. But the coffee, especially specialty coffees are pretty awful. Location is super convenient though and it’s better than McDonald’s coffee
