This is my go to Starbucks ever since moving to Vallejo, and I usually order a matcha latte. This morning, I ordered my usual and was unpleasantly surprised when I took a sip of hot water and unblended matcha powder. No milk and no sugar in sight, which is included in this drink. I had a long drive ahead of me, so I stopped by another Starbucks and just asked for warm milk and a pump of vanilla, pulled over and added it to my drink to fix it, but I would’ve preferred to save those extra $5. Pretty disappointed, not sure if I’ll need to find a new go to stop.

Slow ASF. I was at the window for 5 minutes, nobody came, and it wasn't even busy. So I dipped on them. Probably these new generation "workers" who thinks they don't have to be professional. Let's not act like we haven't been seeing the entitlement all over social media. Starbucks by target customer service is always 5star, it's like are they even the same company?Gotta be 2 different owners. There's definitely a big difference.
