Horrible service, today I went in the morning it went smoothly. Got everything went back to my office and realized they didn’t give me the correct food item. Called to see if they can give me a refund and since I paid through my app they could not. Went back and it took me 18 minutes to get to the window since the inside isn’t open and I asked for an additional refund and they said no they couldn’t do that. They gave the wrong food, wasn’t happy with my service inconvenienced me by forcing me to go there and having to use my lunch break the second time around. Dutch Bros would have given me a full refund and my items corrected. I will now start to take my money and time to Dutch Bros since they have shown they care for me as a return customer. Also by showing the receipt they do not have correct address on their stuff are they on broadway or Sonoma?

Easily accessible from Sonoma Boulevard (California 29) and Yolano Drive in Vallejo, California. This Starbucks location is drive-thru only when we visited in December 2024. The service was pleasant but not exceptional. Drinks are standard, we enjoyed them though.

This is one of the slowest disfuntionalist Starbucks i have ever been to. I always try to give them another chance but its the same slow and drinks not made well . Well at least they are consistant always the samething

The quality, the flavor, the coffee so simple to prepare and a very poor quality of service, the coffee overflowing. This was really disgusting if they are capable of giving you a coffee. This way. Imagine how far they can be able to provide you with your service. It definitely made me sick to drink coffee. This way I decided to go to McDonald's there, too. You don't think it's good service, but it's much better than Starbucks.

This is one of my go to Starbucks locations. Drinks/ food are good and the employees are always nice. They only have the drive through open right now which is a tiny bit annoying, but the line moves pretty fast. All in all, great place.

Not much to say. This is now a drive through only Starbuck's due to homeless and hang out issues. Service is friendly. I would like to experience a faster drive-thru since the lobby is not open.The staff is quite friendly and they offer samples more often than other Starbucks.
