Not much to say. This is now a drive through only Starbuck's due to homeless and hang out issues. Service is friendly. I would like to experience a faster drive-thru since the lobby is not open.The staff is quite friendly and they offer samples more often than other Starbucks.

Very slow not even inside drinks. Waited for apx 15 min after order with 4 cars in front.

One of the worst locations in the area. Drive thru only, so don't think about going in. The service is always super slow and they are frequently out of items.2 stars for the occasional friendly staff and the convenience if you're headed to highway 29 towards Napa Valley.

We ordered Mangodragonfruit and Caramel frappe, two thumbs down for the taste. The taste is below average of Starbucks standards. We usually come here to order but for this day it was horrible. We were so disappointed.

This is the third time this Starbucks location messes up my drink, and it's hot chocolate... hot chocolate! How do you mess that up?? They give me straight water/milk ? unfortunately I didn't have time to go back and have them remake it this time. I see this location messes up orders a lot though, smh.

Service sucks, people should know your menu. Either that or other starbucks people are more educated with the menu. A sick tea, shouldn’t be said you have none! SMH! I haven’t been so irritated then when someone asked me what a dirty chai is?

Always messing up my drink. No ice means no ice. I could have asked to make it again but there were cars behind me I didn't want to hold all the cars up. I'm trying to get to work as well. What a way to start my day. I will continue to go there.

Usually I come here because they never skimp out on ingredients but lately just been downhill. (My daughter dropped my drink so that's why there's barely anything in it) I ordered two matcha green lattes and paid for EXTRA caramel drizzle for both. Not only there isn't even give ANY drizzle at all but they asked me for a tip and the girl did at first seem sweet so I tipped $1.50 (don't understand why we need to tip for everything now) I got a notification and everything saying the payment went thru successfully. The girl then said it didn't go thru, and asked me to pay again & she keep persisting that it didnt. She then called her supervisor cuz I was getting irritated.. I was not going to pay $26 for two drinks. I showed him and he let it slide. I was irritated already so that's why I didn't notice any caramel on my drink. I just wanted to leave already.

Horrible!!!!!!! If I can give this place zero stars I would. I attempted to get a drink through the drive thru. I pulled up to the menu board and waited approximately 5 to 8 minutes for someone to greet me and take my order. Nobody greeted me or ask for my order so I figured the menu board was broken. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, I pulled up to the window only to be told that I have to get back in the drive thru line if I want to order a since they are unable to take orders at the window. Horrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
