Hi ordered white choc mocca, got like water and ice with milk tasted horrible, when I told the staff she said I will make another one , waited nothing was done , never come to this Starbucks

Bravo for outstanding customer service and tasty treats at the Starbucks Vallejo on Admiral Callahan location!!! Particularly noteworthy is the dedicated barista Vanessa who is in constant motion to serve and to support customers with positivity and a big smile. Thanks to her many customers frequently return. Recommend Vanessa for a promotion and consideration for supervisory positions of responsibility!!!

Went in around 715 am with only one person in front of me. I did not leave the store until 8 and all I ordered was a black coffee. The worker was just talking with her friend the whole time. Terrible service, won't be back

This Starbucks is always closed in the morning. They only do the drive-through they will not let you inside to use the facilities or the Wi-Fi. The regional manager ????

I ordered 4 Sausage, Cheddar, and Egg sandwiches from Starbucks and 1. They went to the wrong address 2. They only gave us bread. No cheese, no egg, just bread.My family is very upset with this service. I paid for all of this food and I can't even get my money back. So my question is, Why did I only receive bread? There were 3 bags. One had 1 piece of bread, another had 2 pieces of bread, and the last one had one piece of bread. I am very upset about this and my family is too. The only good thing I got was my coffee.

Rude rude baristas its like you're bothering them or something, there wasn't even a line bro, and i just had an easy drink which was a double chocolate chip frappuccino but it just tasted like milk and with blended choco chips ugh

This Starbucks DOES NOT STAY OPEN TILL 7:00. Please fix the hours. There's nothing more annoying than arriving an hour before listed hours to be told by a rude barista that they are already closed

I come here often and usually the service is pretty good so this review is based on my experience for the last couple of times that I've been there. The last couple of days the service is just been not good The young ladies that work there are very short with you they don't have patience and they're just extremely unprofessional they just built a new Starbucks by my house I will be going there exclusively now
