This location doesn't let pregnant women use the restroom if you bought something through the drive-thru. I decided to use the restroom RIGHT after I got my order. I showed them the receipt that I had just paid. I decided to use the restroom since I still had a little bit of a drive. They insisted I purchase again to use the restroom. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND AGAINST DISABILITY ACT! That manager needs a write up!
Nice and clean. Quick service but lol... never had a Starbucks location give me half full drink.
Very disappointed. My 8 yr old came and asked to use the bathroom and was told no, he had to purchase something. I understand holding this policy to adults, but children... RIDICULOUS!!!
I Swear !!!These Lack of Customer Service Coffee Makers Will see you & ignore you for at least 5 minutes no interactions like I will be with you shortly no smile no greeting no nothing I Swear to God I wonder how do theses kinda people even get jobs on top of that maintain them it’s either the owner is Blind or Just Doesn’t Care

My favorite Starbucks in Montego Bay! I love that the service is quick and the jerk chicken bagel is my favorite.
Really nice remodel and open and clean. Staff was busy and not too friendly and they missed my order had to get twice. They were quick with my drink.
I forget the young ladies name. But she was great and extremely helpful.
It was great! All was well. The only minor reason I gave it a 4 star is because the atmosphere was not as welcoming as many other Starbucks I’ve been to. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t as great as others. However, I would definitely recommend it!
I order to pick up, and the have the lobby closed and made do a looooong line in the drive thru, just a waste of time 🙃

Amazing Customer service experience
Be aware when coming here, this is my first time at this location and the only reason I gave this two stars and not one is because the manager was very helpful. The window barista (young girl with blue hair) however is sneaky. She purposely put a tip in on her own. And when I confronted her about it she continued to lie and say she didn’t press anything and does not know how she tipped herself two dollars. Don’t get me wrong I’m all for tipping and always do when I come to Starbucks but to tip yourself without customers consent is insane. She did it so fast you could tell it wasn’t her first time doing this. When she saw I was paying card I watched her press something on the scanner really fast before she handed it to me to tap the card. After I tapped the card I saw my Order was more than what she said it was and before I could ask for the receipt she shut the window really fast and walked off. anyone who goes to Starbucks regular knows you (the customer) have the option to self tip starting at 1 dollar up until 3 bucks before you pay or press no tip or other amount. I waited for her to come back and when she opened the window I asked for my receipt which she gave me and again shut the window on me really fast before I could say anything, so I had to wait again for her to come back. When I addressed the self tipping she proceeded to lie and say she didn’t press anything and insinuated that I was the one who pressed it for a tip, after going back and forth with her who was clearly not going to fess up I drove around and pulled up. The manager was apologetic and refunded back the whole meal even tho we stated we only wanted the tip back and she didn’t have to refund the whole order.. but she was very nice and still said it’s ok because we shouldn’t have had to got out of our car in the first place. So customers be aware if you see this young lady and check your receipts !
We ordered ahead because we were in a pretty urgent hurry.
Then, the only way to get the food we paid for already was to wait in the drive thru line. It COMPLETELY negated ordering ahead.
And then when I expressed we were in a huge hurry, the voice on the intercom was pretty uncaring.
After sitting in the drive thru line for 10 minutes, we finally got the items we had ordered to be ready by the time we arrived. The hot food was cold. The blended drink was separated.
I expressed that it was frustrating that they would accept mobile orders and make no effort to distribute the order when it was fresh. At the very least, they could have turned of mobile ordering. I could have gone to the next starbucks down the road and had a warm sandwich and freshly made drink, not to mention saving the time they wasted!
The older lady with the curly hair slammed the window shut and waved me off as though I did something wrong and she didn't care. Not gonna lie, it was our of character for starbucks.... they normally care about customer service.
We will not be returning to this location.
Early morning crew is HORRIBLE Service at THE drive thru
They do not know how to make drinks here in a timely manner and are very unprofessional ride. I am glad I got the girls name at window because I will be taking my experience to the corporate level.
Other Starbucks are close by and much nicer, quicker and professional.

Employee (that took order and gave my drink) was rude and unwelcoming. When I received my order she just pushed it forward "here's your drink" and just walked away.
