We ordered ahead because we were in a pretty urgent hurry.
Then, the only way to get the food we paid for already was to wait in the drive thru line. It COMPLETELY negated ordering ahead.
And then when I expressed we were in a huge hurry, the voice on the intercom was pretty uncaring.
After sitting in the drive thru line for 10 minutes, we finally got the items we had ordered to be ready by the time we arrived. The hot food was cold. The blended drink was separated.
I expressed that it was frustrating that they would accept mobile orders and make no effort to distribute the order when it was fresh. At the very least, they could have turned of mobile ordering. I could have gone to the next starbucks down the road and had a warm sandwich and freshly made drink, not to mention saving the time they wasted!
The older lady with the curly hair slammed the window shut and waved me off as though I did something wrong and she didn't care. Not gonna lie, it was our of character for starbucks.... they normally care about customer service.
We will not be returning to this location.
Early morning crew is HORRIBLE Service at THE drive thru
They do not know how to make drinks here in a timely manner and are very unprofessional ride. I am glad I got the girls name at window because I will be taking my experience to the corporate level.
Other Starbucks are close by and much nicer, quicker and professional.

Employee (that took order and gave my drink) was rude and unwelcoming. When I received my order she just pushed it forward "here's your drink" and just walked away.

The bathrooms are horrendous. I literally had to clean the floor around the toilet in order to use it. Both of them were bad. I looked into both and then had to decide which one I could clean quickly to use it. Starbucks: seriously if your employees can’t manage bathrooms then hire a separate cleaning crew. It should never be this bad with all the money being made for your company.

Bathrooms are filthy. Literal feces all over the toilet in one stall, grime all over the other toilet. No toilet paper, unless you count the roll on the floor. Seriously disgusting

Apparently at this Starbucks. Light foam means you fill cup of with foam and wait for it to vanish . Then add 4 inches of whip cream and give the customer a 7 dollar cup!

Absolutely one of the worst experiences at a Starbucks ever. Employees would not acknowledge me until they were 3ft away and I said "excuse me"louder than I should have to. I never received my 2 sandwiches, and after 33 minutes of waiting I asked for a refund. The notion of "friendly and helpful"seemed foreign to the people working there. There were at least 4 employees, all mostly ignoring the lobby.

It is a good location for breakfast for nearby hotel stayers. But the sandwiches are a bit dry. Coffee is good.

Definitely caters to the drive through more than walk in, no one at the counter although to do greet you. Took over 10 minutes to get a drink made and we were the only ones who ordered from the counter.

I asked for a hot latte coffee and 1 brown sugar in stead they gave me a hot latte with vanilla syrup l was so disappointed because my coffee was too sweet very dumb
