Workers are just standing around doing nothing ordered my coffee. Had to wait for 10 minutes for it to come out even though there was no one in the store. After I got it, it was disgusting and I burned myself because it was extremely hot. Do not ever stop by the Starbucks.

Service is getting slower every time I come here. Literally taking 20 minutes before we can even order, and you get trapped in the drive through, so get ready to wait for a VERY LONG TIME

So far good experience ordering at the drive thru, and picking up in store when the drivethru line is long. This is my go-to starbucks now since the one close to me closed. This location is next to my go-to only touchless carwash available in the area, next to a pricey gas station which is located across Six Flags. Currently obsessed with the invigorating matcha drinks.

Online says they open at 4:30am.
Doors still were not open by 5am.
Ordered online for in store pickup (thinking maybe they forgot to open the doors). Eventually I went through the drive through to pick up my drink. I asked what time they open the doors and was told 6am! I let the employee know that online it says they open at 4:30am. The employee replied back that the district manager did not want to change the time on Google, and that they open the doors at 6am.

This is a coffee shop and some pastries. Coffee is always great. For the small amount pastries there are good. Service is top tier and it is the reason that the atmosphere is there!

Just grabbed a Starbucks a few exits before and then my three year old let me know she needed to use the restroom. Stopped at this Starbucks and was told we would have to make an additional purchase to use their bathroom. I offered to show my receipt for the Starbucks coffee I had just purchased and they said it had to be from their location. Ridiculous, especially when it’s a little kid that needs to use the restroom.

I've noticed that the staff at this location seem unhappy, and when I expressed gratitude, they didn't respond. This lack of professionalism is concerning, and I don't plan to return to this location.

I'm used to going inside and it was saying they were open. My husband's drink didn't taste like strawberry acai with dragon fruit bits instead tasted like a mango dragon fruit. I ordered 3 horchata drinks asked for 4 horchata pumps but it tasted like iced coffee, not horchata. I was very disappointed considering it was drive-thru and I wasn't going back in line to correct their mistakes. The doors should've been open.
