During my visit to this Subway location in 2024, I experienced an interaction that left me deeply uncomfortable and concerned for customer safety. While placing my order, the male employee at the counter complimented my perfume and asked for its name. He then asked for my name, which I shared, assuming the interaction was harmless.
Shortly after, a second male employee came from the back, stared at me in a way that felt invasive, and proceeded to compliment my appearance. He asked about my ethnicity and, most disturbingly, held up his cellphone and requested to take a photo of me. I declined immediately. I was the only female in the store during this interaction and felt completely unsettled my heart dropped, and I was left shaken.
For years, my family and I had visited this location without issue. However, since 2024 coinciding with what appears to be a change in management the atmosphere has shifted. Out of respect, I note the new manager appears to be of South Asian descent. I mention this only to help identify the timeline of when these concerns began.
This incident was entirely inappropriate, especially in a public space where many children and families are served. I have not returned since, and I’m sharing this to raise awareness and urge corporate leadership to take immediate corrective action. No customer should ever feel unsafe, disrespected, or violated in a place of business.

Place was clean and tidy. Cookies were great as all subway cookies tend to be. The new footlong nachos were not up to par. I’ve attached a photo of what I ordered vs. what I received.

I came to exchange a coupon and the person serving told me that they do not accept coupons.So why do they send coupons?

I asked them can i get my sandwich half chicken and half steak. They said of course. And they charged me 22 dollars for it. I paid for 2 small sandwich while i got 1 large sandwich. Employees are cool but their boss is messed up. (This is how i always get my sandwich from subway and never ever had any type of issue before)
