Just had a horrible experience. Please don’t waste your time or support this Subway. To be a Vallejo resident who receives coupons by mail and can’t be used in the city of Vallejo.

I will never come to this store again. I ordered a steak sandwich, the other half didn’t have any meat. Also, I ordered two sandwiches online, charged me for both of them, but when I went there to pick up the sandwiches only one was prepared. I asked what happened to the other one the lady said only one showed up on the system. I showed her the receipt and also my credit card was charged twice. I asked her can she just make the sandwich that was ordered online, she said she cannot because the order was not in the system. She also told me she doesn’t know anything, she just makes sandwiches. HOW STUPID!!!!

Stupidly over priced at $9.23 for a 6 inch turkey sandwich with no add-ons. I'm tired of certain subway owners being this greedy when the standard at 90% of the other locations in the east bay area are priced around $7.50 for the same exact thing. That's around a 25% mark up. Stop being this greedy.

Been here three times and each time was bad service. The first time the guy SNEEZED onto his glove and didn't even change gloves ew ? ? and I was on a quick lunch break so I decided to just risk it and overlook it luckily i didn't get sick.I always get a meatball marinara when I go to subway. The bread was soggy but the rest of the sandwich was good but it could have been hotter temperature wise.The second time an old lady and I'm presuming her caregiver were right in front of me getting their sandwich made. Being old she was a little slow in the uptake. Which is fine. What isn't fine though is the middle aged woman worker who stood there doing nothing while I was clearly waiting to get my order and the guy working there was already helping the older lady. I had to tell her I was ready to order even though it should've been obvious and she gave me this big phony smile and took my order. She should have asked me, I shouldn't have had to tell her.The third time there is a crowd of ppl. Lots of parents w littles . They were all ordering and keep in mind I'm on a thirty minute lunch break. I was thinking of trying something different this time and when it got to be my turn the middle aged woman was helping me while the male clerk was helping ppl ahead of me. I began inquiring about their six dollar sandwiches most subways used to have not that long ago and she quickly told me ham only then proceeded to help the customer BEHIND ME. AFTER I HAD BEEN WAITING NEARLY TEN MINUTES for my turn. Like are you serious right now? ?? I told her I was ready and she began to get it ready by getting the bread but then she began helping other people in front of me even though the man was already helping them then she began grabbing the guys bread of choice behind me. I said "forget it" and she gave me that same phony smile of hers and said "hello I can help you". If you say I can help you, I assume you mean right now . Instead she again stops what she's doing and helps the male clerk again. I say forget it again and head towards the door and she calls me back. I was furious this time and said "it's really ok" and stormed out. I told my coworker about it, and she said she had a similar experience with this woman and she gives her terrible service and a phony smile too..I won't be coming to this particular subway ever again ..Edited to add: I see a number of similar complaints about this woman who I presume to be the same one. I hope she's not the manager or owner but even if she is get rid of her! No one likes her and everyone is saying the same thing.

I assumed they didn't add the protein to my sub and went back to the store. Turns out they did add it and they also gave me extra protein for the trouble. Extremely professional even in a situation that doesn't warrant it.

This lady that is working right is not only rude but she sneezed on my sandwich and she didn’t want to give me my receipt. First time coming here and this is the last time too. This is disgusting. Pretty sure it’s the same lady that everyone complain about.
