Service was good. Portions are ok. Food was a bit underwhelming in terms of flavor. Location a bit shady. Overall worth a try, but I still prefer L&L.

Loco moco is underwhelming. Meat has no seasoning, gravy tastes watered down, and it's served over a bed of... Boiled cabbage and broccoli?

It's supposed to go over rice. When I break my egg yolk, it's supposed to go into the rice and add flavor to it. Not end up as a soupy mess at the bottom of my plate mixed with half boiled veggies.

I mentioned how underwhelmed I was as I was paying, but cashier seemed very disinterested to hear that. I didn't finish my plate, and I came hungry.

Just go to L&L.

Food was really good. The service was just good although it was pretty fast. The food was good enough to order a separate meal to go HOWEVER the attendant never came to check on us after they brought us our food. The shrimp was… something strange about the flavor as if it was burned but it wasn’t. Maybe the oil was bad. Either way they deserve acknowledgement because the food was really good.

Hidden Gem of Vallejo. Every time my wife and I crave for Ramen, this place blows any noodle restaurant in the city. Black Ramen is recommended! Food are cheap but servings are huge

My go to place for Ramen in Vallejo, but i found an ingredient that shouldn't be included in my bowl, a plastic portion of their black color plastic utensils. Once I discovered it, I gave it to the cashier, who did not even mentioned an apology, that's the worst part of the service.

Had the katsu chicken. Was really dry, so was the rice. Nice counter person, just not worth the money though.
